Great location and nice old hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room suited our purposes. It was central, and within close walking distance of the main square, where we had an early meeting time for starting our trek.
The noise level was awful and the traffic noise in Cusco was much worse than we anticipated. It went on all night, and we barely slept.

Staff was amazingly helpful, cleaniness, distance from the centre. They even prepare you fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast that already has a huge variety of food, especially fruits. Coca tea amd coffee are available 24/7
The hotel has old wooden floor and guest in the room started walking at 3.30am which sounded like techno party in my room :)

The ONLY good thing is location.
Wifi is not working in the rooms, all the time noise from downstairs go up to my room’s windows - for example, people and staff all the time talking, noise from food preparation area - impossible to rest quietly. Breakfast was below decent - just to keep you alive for the day.
