I can’t express how welcome we felt staying at this hotel. Ángela is so kind and responds immediately to everything. We arrived late at night and she helped us order food to our room. She also gave us some good advice for which mountains to hike. They provide you with hot water bottles at night to put in your blankets which makes things so cozy. The rooms were very cute and the view of the city was beautiful. The day we checked out we had to get up at 4am for a hike so they let us leave our bags in the room and the hotel stored them for us until we came back that night. I wish we had stayed in this hotel our entire trip.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. I stayed here both before and after doing the Inca Trail trek, and they stored my luggage and made accommodations for me to check in late when I returned from the trek. The included breakfast was delicious and filling, and the terrace was a great place to sit and relax after all the walking.
There are a lot of stairs, and no elevator - be prepared to walk up. Also, the site is cash-only; I saw someone else’s comment, so I was prepared, but do be sure to bring soles with you to the hotel.

Super beautiful place, nice and clean room. We really love our stay there. The owner was super friendly and very helpful. They have also lovely cat and dog.
