The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice.
The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.

Making a relatively last minute booking, is always a worry when you’re limited options. But I can’t say in this case I was extremely happy with the property and the location. Communication from The property was great. I managed to book parking ahead of time and there was plenty of parking space. Took me a few moments to work out which basis to parking, but once I read the instructions it was clear. The property is situating in Lovely location overlooking the water and there is so much to do in very short walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation, and will definitely look to rebook directly next time I am in Plymouth.
