Good location

An additional Service Charge insurance fee/levy was imposed after booking was paid for, meaning unless you agreed to the additional change, you did not get access instructions to the property.

Beautiful property next to the glorious Plymouth Hoe - excellently appointed and a pleasure to stay in

No fans / aircon, but we brought our own fans - bed in largest (non en-suite) bedroom a little uncomfortable

Great accommodation but inadequate beds for couples.

Location and being moved from Edenhurst to Sandcroft for the Hoe view was lovely.

The beds were inadequate for a couple to sleep in. I have had 2 major back injuries and I ended up trying to sleep on the floor and then the sofa in the living room. Our friends also struggled to sleep properly. Door knob fell off the toilet door on the main floor.
