The "property" is truly the top floor of an apartment building. The building could use some spiffing up, but the Top Floor itself is sparkling clean. There are 4 guest rooms and a breakfast room. We enjoyed the bed and breakfast feel of the Top Floor. Eduardo and Oxana were both very kind and helpful. Communication with them regarding check in and check out was great. The breakfast offerings are not vast, but the quality and options satisfied us. Eduardo reserved a driver for our trip to the airport and that went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at the Top Floor--and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Main attractions are 30-40 minutes walking distance. The area itself is very nice with many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

This charming top floor apartment is in a great neighborhood. We loved the cafes down the block from us. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was the perfect way to start our day.
