Impeccable! An amazing place to stay if you want clean, modern, cool and comfortable! This is one of my favorite hotels because the stuff is so nice they have hot coffee and cold water available in the lobby around the clock, they are so friendly, the rooms are very clean, very comfortable, very quiet and super cozy! I would absolutely stay here time and time again because it is such a pleasant experience!

We’ve stayed at this property three times before and the two other times it was very good. This time when we checked into our room the bed wasn’t made, and we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes so we left the hotel and came back 45 minutes later and it was still not ready. We eventually changed rooms and it was fine, but it was certainly not the same experience as before. Hopefully it was just an outlier

Very nice property. Up to date decor and friendly staff. It is a bit noisy but I rather have things to do at the hotel then total silence. I would definitely stay again!

We had such an easy check in took only 2 minutes and staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting the area.

It’s adequate. Nothing special.

Modern, nice decor, good amenities. Nice to be able to order breakfast at the hotel and have it be delivered by a robot. There are also good dining options and a Lowe’s in that area.

I love the areas around the pool and in the lobby where the adults and kids can hang out either together or independently. The pool is a bit small but was never that crowded. I really enjoyed the gym and the facilities. Its great having a few restaurant options and a boba place nearby. The staff were all wonderful - so friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. I stayed here last year and really enjoyed our second visit. We will definitely be back again.

Aloft is a modern & fun looking hotel with casual but stylish bar area & seating. Rooms are cute, unique. Staffing was friendly & helpful, yet overall felt limited, as though one person had too much to do. The front desk managed taking orders,heating, delivering breakfast from a digital menu. The screen menu didn’t work. The bar and pool area area wasn’t picked up from the crowd the previous evening, and I hated think front desk was responsible for that too… bar tender was friendly. Our room was fine but friends’ rooms air turned off (as I think it’s designed to pop on with room entry for energy) Good in theory but their rooms were sauna like until air finally cooled some. Some had to switch rooms. The modern decor cute but a little too open by partition so whole room lifts up when someone is in sink area. Fair location, lots of construction/ restaurant fronts in progress ( for awhile now) so one day wil have walkable dining. Could use a coffee shop nearby.

There is one thing i did not like that the jacuzzi jets where not working at all

I stayed here for the first time this weekend. Thought it was very nice, clean and rooms were very cute. Loved the pool and outside area. I would stay here again.

Modern and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay. There were lots of activities in the lobby to keep us entertained, for example, board games, cornhole, large connect four and a pool table! The only bummer to our parents night out was the bartender closed the bar at 8 AM when we were told the bar closes at 11 PM. Otherwise, we had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this location before but it’s been awhile decided to go to the state fair and book a weekend getaway with the kiddos. Everything was good beside the AC was making loud noises & a lot of noises on the 3rd floor too. Customer service is always great! & friendly also.

Nice clean & reasonable price

We checked in at around 2am on Sat 5/27, we were told that would have to do the Fri-Sat. We asked for the manager to be contacted, we wanted to check if it’s possible to change it to Sat-Sun because technically it was Sat already. Then we got to our room I wash my hands and was going to use the towel to wipe but saw blood on it. said we were already charged and they won’t be able to do anything and to talk to the hotel manager. The following day, we asked the front desk if there’s any update about the request, he said there is no way that it could happen because manager is not present (again) and that there’s a wedding party, so no rooms will be available that we could check out at 3pm the latest. Got in the room and realized that the sink is clogged plus it’s leaking( See attached video). We tried calling the front desk but there is no answer, went out and no one was there. So we left before 3 as instructed. On Sun at about 3pm, I received an email regarding Sat-Sun stay? First of all, no one contacted us that we could stay till Sunday. We had to look for a place to stay because we were told you are sold out. How inconvenient! I called and was told that I only was charge 1 night and I totally understand that, my concern is that we were told that our stay was charge for a Fri-Sat when all along we could have stayed till Sun! Also, we booked for a king and was told we had no choice, they only have 2 double beds. Tried contacting the manager, no reply.

Was really surprised to see they had Dry Bar products for the shower. Cute and artistic place, very close to downtown Pleasanton, which has great dining, and shopping. Also nearby was a delicious bakery and Peets coffee, as well as a Starbucks. Very dog friendly area and horel.

Nice modern hotel. The couch in the room was kind of small, limits seating area. The fridge in room was very nice, a “smart fridge.” Robot in the lobby is able to bring items to your room. Check out the robot while you’re there!

Nice new area with restaurants and shops coming soon. Hotel bar and lobby. Bathrooms not totally private due to barn door set up.

Booked a room for 4 days two week in advance. On my way to the hotel I received a call saying they overbooked the room and they have no room for me. No options and was told I would be reimbursed 5-7 business days. Drove around for 4 hours to find a hotel. Every place had no vacancies. Finally found one at 1 in the morning for the night only because they were booked for the rest of the week. I spent a couple hours the next day calling and stopping at paces. Finally finding something.

The stay was unremarkable. The staff seemed less than happy to be there and not at all friendly with the minimal contact that we did have them. The rug in the room was dirty so I can imagine the floor.
