Around the clock staff is cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools are cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly and attentive. The hallways are hot and rooms can get a bit humid if ac is not constantly on. If you have an infant like we did bring a portable fan for walking around/pool/ dinner time. The main cafeteria can be a bit hot with the doors constantly opening for people to enter/ leave but the food is above average for an all inclusive and the restaurants (Japanese and Steak House) were great the other two we were not fans of. The daily cocktails at the coffee lounge were excellent and it made night time very fun, also the cappuccinos are delicious. We went next door to Dunmar for the water park and you can see/feel the difference from the Palace tier, the park was fun. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend for families.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. There was no need to make reservations for the restaurants, which was very convenient.
I would especially recommend the Crystal restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Italian restaurant, Roma. The food was disappointing, the fish was overcooked and dry, and the waiting time was very long.
As for improvements, I would suggest adding more towel stations near the beach and perhaps a bar closer to the beach area for greater convenience. Better ventilation in the bathrooms would also be appreciated.
