Riu Latino was the best resort I have stayed at so far! The environment was fun, everyone was friendly, and it was extremely clean.
I liked everything about the property. I do not have any complaints.

Nothing but still awaiting my deposit back that was taken at beginning of stay and have emailed hotel a couple of times - no response

Location, cleanliness, and the image of everything
Good was not the best a lot of foods had no flavor or just didn’t taste that great. Transportation for the parties wasn’t the best we sat on a bus for 2 hours to go to the jungle party and there was no communication about how long it would be and no updating as we were driving we had to keep asking what was going on why it was taking so long. They say the restaurants are first come first serve but yet there was “waiting lists” every night and we didn’t get to eat at any which was disappointing. We weren’t greeted at our arrival to the resort or offered any drinks until later when we were already half way through checking in, they didn’t help take our bags to our room, no one walked us to show us the resort or our room like other resorts usually do,the hospitality was lacking for us for sure. We’ve been to other resorts where hospitality was great. There wasn’t much entertainment on the resort itself you had to go to the parties at other resorts to get any party vibes. The 24 hour bar never had any music playing it was very boring.
