Even if I wanted to, I can't fault Sea Hawk Suites. It's a family-run show and you feel it from the moment you arrive.
The room was very spacious, spotless, great A/C, and daily housekeeping. Located a stone's throw from Playa Norte - literally a 1 minute walk - so you can't beat the location.
I also did diving and the whale shark tour with Sea Hawk Divers and was blown away. Total professionalism, amazing vibes, and they had ceviche, guac and chips on the boat. YUM!We saw 30-40 whale sharks and Manta Rays!
Booking with them was the best decision I made for Isla Mujeres. If you stay here, do EVERYTHING with them.

Family owned and operated wonderful family super nice the whole atmosphere felt like being around Family the daughter very business minded the glue that holds it all together. Everyone was super friendly. I enjoyed the night watchmen he’s been working there for years. He had great conversation. I really enjoyed talking to him. My room was really large, which I enjoyed someone came and cleaned it every day perfect location and the great thing is right in the front office. They do all your tours so if you need tours, you don’t have to go very far. Just walk right up in front office. they got every tour that you could possibly imagine it for the island so so it’s like you get the most out of your dollar you don’t have to travel somewhere else to get tours and their tours are top-notch.

The property is close to the beach. The room is big.
There were a bunch of mosquitos in the room as soon as I got there. We got many bites.
