Location and space - large rooms.
First room we were given toilet was broken but they relocated us across the hall from our kids room. Our kids room smelt really bad all the time, think it was the drains.

It was very clean
The AC had not been turned on in the room and was very very hot. We arrived at 10:30 PM and it took three hours for the room to cool. We had advised them of our arrival time. They required us to pay in cash instead of credit card. After our checkout, they wanted us to pay an additional $20 due to the peso to dollar conversion. If we could’ve paid with our credit card, we would not have had this issue.
