The property is in a very convenient location, near the beach, shops, ferry. Very clean and well cared for. The owners were thoughtful about details, making you feel welcome and at home. We loved talking the bikes for a spin around the island!
Our room was the perfect size for 2 people, with a comfortable bed and AC :) I was concerned it would be loud given the location, but it wasn’t at all. Slept like a baby.

The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. They gave us lots of useful information and great recommendations, which made our stay even better. You really feel that they care about their guests and are always there whenever you need anything. A truly warm and welcoming experience — highly recommended!
The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres and just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
The rooms were very basic and more hostel-like, but it’s a good place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time outside. The house was quite noisy, and you could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. However, it was still fine since we spent our days out exploring, and the price is really cheap for such a great location.
