We knew nothing about this hotel when we booked, other than it looked nice online and it was very close to a wedding we were attending. We honestly thought it was a fab little hotel. Immaculately clean, bright, a happy place. Our room was a really good size and very comfortable, everything we needed was to hand. Great shower. Really comfortable bed. And the breakfast was really excellent. Every staff member we met was delightful.

Firstly, a very warm welcome on arrival, we were made to feel at home.
One of our party is in a wheelchair and a ground floor room was offered.
Enormous rooms and all very clean with relaxing decor.
Big TV on the wall and plenty of water in the fridge.
We had a good nights sleep and we woke for a delicious breakfast which was above and beyond.
All the staff throughout were very helpful.
Car parking facilities are excellent and only a short trip into Bath.
We will be back.
