Lovely friendly and welcoming staff

The room was super clean, but the pillows were just puffs of air you, sink into them with no support. We could also have done with a mini fridge.
The staff were incredibly helpful and really accommodating.
However the outside terrace wasn’t cleaned and full of soil, leaves and cobwebs, ontop of that the drinks from the bar were an absolute arm and a leg!! Shockingly expensive.
The breakfast was great, apart from the hash browns that on both days tasted stale and dry.
But with all that aside, it’s a gorgeous hotel, the location is amazing and we had a great time

Was a very comfortable and welcoming ;delightful stay….The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient ….Breakfast was delicious and very varied …coffee was excellent I will definitely come back

Service was quick and staff were so welcoming and positive. It felt like our service was personalized and it was a wonderful addition to have the tasty hotel breakfast and luggage drop options.
