Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then. They do allow early check in and late check out - but charge for every hour - again unlike a hotel which will give you your room early for free if the room is ready. I found the charges for early check in to be really stingy.
However if the issue of left luggage doesn’t bother you, I would praise this property in every other regard. The location is amazing. Character and cleanliness perfect. Bedroom overlooking the courtyard was quiet even though the property is in the busiest part of Bath. Great sound proof windows. Lovely courtyard. Well equipped.

The apartment was excellently located, with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was much bigger than I expected with every ring clean and modern. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic location. Very close to key areas you’d want to visit. Property was as described and very comfortable. Loved the courtyard where you could sit and enjoy the sunshine.
