Excellent breakfast choices to suit all tastes.
Near the centre of Bath/easy walking distance
Single room top of building (lots of stairs!).
Room a bit spartan but clean. Very small en suite shower room but adequate. Toiletries provided.
Staff really friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to reach the city centre (5-10 mins walk) and the nearby surroundings from. A charming town house with characteristic rooms, with nice facilities and excellent breakfast. It's so refreshing to have a choice when it comes to breakfast, beyond the full English. Vegetarian not a problem either.
If I weren't alone, the bed would have been quite small (I'm 190+ cm tall). With characteristic charm comes a certain noise level (creaking floors, doors etc.). But overall, a great experience!

It was clean and situated at an easy walking distance to the main centre. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room was a very small, but it really is just to sleep in. It was very clean though

Let us leave our bags for the day before returning home
Seagull situation outside window, lots of poop, mother bird screeched every time we went near the window and very big chicks pecking on window and calling for food from 4am, not much sleep got. In their defence I understand there is not a lot they can do about the seagulls. Would definitely go again out of seagull season.
