Honestly, our stay here was like we were at the Taj (and we have stayed at various Taj locations throughout India), but at a way more budget-friendly price. Even our airport transfer was complimentary, unlike the Taj. The staff was also friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

They did not respond to my texts or messages updating on arrival and delay of flight. There was no shuttle to recieve me at the airport. They compensated me by accommodating departing taxi.

The local team at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay comfortable as they can. We stayed there 3 times is a space of 10 days. The local area around is very modern and clean with great western restaurants
