We had a really good stay. The lobby was very nice with a pool table, bar and lots of comfy seating. The rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfy. The staff was very nice and polite. Only real negative is that our room was cleaned once in a week. Overall a very nice hotel and I would recommend staying here!!

Good stay, but the first night we wanted to take a shower but the body was was completely empty...beds were ver comfortable and the place was pretty clean... parking was kind of tight...we had a trailer with us...

Check in easy. Bed comfortable. Pillows not so much. Breakfast average hotel breakfast selections. Trash In breakfast area running over and had to bring to desk clerk’s attention to get it emptied. Check out easy as well. Hotel was very busy but our room was quiet.

The hotel was updated and clean. Overall would stay again for the price. Staff could have been friendlier, they made it awkward. Random person sitting behind the check in desk laughing at his phone.

The room was spotless. Bed was comfy and soft. Good size room. Lobby bar served wine & beer and had a pool table. Breakfast was included with the usual eggs. Sausage, waffle maker, yogurt etc. All in all a great overnight stay while travelling.

I was given a pet friendly room and I was not traveling with a pet. The pet hair was visible, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the shower did not look clean. The room looked like it had not been cleaned.

We were told we were on a non pet floor then ended up with a dog in the adjacent room that the owner left alone until 1 am barking the entire time . The front desk said they called the room and there was no answer So they couldn’t do anything

Reserved the handicap accessible room with a roll in shower so that my might could get into the shower either her walker She cannot lift her leg high enough to get into a regular shower. I even called the front desk upon making the reservation and some to the lady to verify that this was a roll in shower with no lip. She said yes it is. Well the shower has a 6 inch step to get into the shower and my mom cannot get into the shower. I went down and verified that your was too be a roll in shower. The young girl started, "yes, the shower doors roll open, that's our roll in shower " I was speechless. She said that's all we have for the handicap accessible, roll in shower. Needless to say, my mom could not take a shower today. Never again.

Nice, clean hotel. We enjoyed the stay. We did not use any amenities or get to enjoy breakfast due to our scheduled events in town. My only complaint - the bed was too soft for me.

Last minute booking on our way through. Room was ready when we got there on a very busy night. Pillows were weird perish material and uncomfortable but you could bring your own. Rooms very modern, but mold in shower so maybe housekeeping could focus on that as it didn’t grow overnight. Good quick stay, breakfast was included but nothing special, granola bars were nice though to grab and hit the road.

Staff service was poor. We stayed 6 nights. I had to ask to have my trash removed three times. Ask repeatedly to have coffee packets placed in room. And had to ask after three days for fresh towel service. They were under staffed.

The lady that checked us in was rude due to the fact that we interrupted her lunch, and also charged us the pet fee and the stay twice. That was however handled by a very nice receptionist the following morning. As far as the room goes, the bathtub was gross, had mold and was not clean, the sink had mold and the carpet in the room was stained with something red and not cleaned. Pretty upsetting considering they say they are a 9/10 hotel on Expedia. We didn’t have their breakfast because we left early. The restaurants around are amazing! The location is great to stop and eat and relax. Better look for other hotels in the same area.

This property was clean and very pet friendly. So if you don't like dogs this might not be your place. But owners seem to be very responsible with their pets. Check in was good. Check out the girl was on a personal phone call and stayed on it throughout the whole check out.

I will never ever stay at this hotel again. The common areas were dirty. There was only one nice desk employee the over were lazy mean and rude. They didn’t charge our towels or are sheets unless we continuously called the front desk. They told us they only clean the rooms once people check out. Even when I called the front desk and talked to house keeping about turning my room over when I came back it still WAS NOT DONE. I called the front desk and they said it was never put in the system. They had me on hold for 10 mins just to tell me that. The next morning all house keeping did was give me two towels. She never came in and cleaned up or nothing. To top it off we saw a roach! And when I called the front desk to tell them all they said was we will inform housekeep. Horrible. Horrible experience. I will never stay here.
