Beds were a little stiff. not enough space between desk and bed. dim light in bathroom. door opened under stairway. The outside was awesome, but that's not where I stayed. no instructions on TV use. chair at the desk had cushion that sank so my thighs were hanging over the frame. close to Grants Pass high school so we could walk to the graduation ceremony. fridge rocked back and forth.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, bedding moderate, some areas a little run down. However I absolutely loved all the beautiful trees!

Beautiful setting, attention to detail with gorgeous landscaping and outside areas to sit.
There was a real breakfast, real dishes and silverware and attentive personnel. The recently renovated rooms had actual glasses and coffee cups with covers on them. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of quality towels and furniture was in good shape. The pool and spa were well maintained and in a more private setting. The management has paid attention to quality throughout with their people
as well.
