The hotel itself is excellent, however the check in process, whereby a staff member used a touch screen to input our details, was horribly long and complicated. Another draw back was the incredibly hard pillows. If not for these 2 issues I would have rated the hotel with 5 stars across all categories.

The hotel has a suitable price compared to the position which is very close to Sendai station and the hotel staff are helpful. It has a good reception hall and facilities. However, rooms are quite narrow, and the room price did not include the breakfast fees which is very high compared to the prices in normal restaurants.

Due to COVID-19, The flight to Japan was cancelled, I have cancelled the booking and have not been this hotel. NO COMMENT

Centrally located right next to the Sendai Train Station and a short walk to the market, nightlife, and restaurants/cafes. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and I had a nice view from my room. I would recommend this hotel for value and proximity to the station. Everything is within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was great. It was right next to the Sendai station. However during our stay the air condition was off for the 3 nights I was there. I asked the staff and I couldn’t understand their explanation. It was properly due to low outdoor temperature (18C). It got very hot and steamy inside our hotel room. You should always have the ability to adjust your own temperature.

Everything was good until 1 of the days I wanted to borrow an umbrella, the old man staff was very rude. He asked me whether I’m checking in, I said no. And I told him I want to borrow an umbrella and he raised his voice and asked me to wait in a rude way before I could finish my sentence. Huge disappointment on their service personnel.

Hotel close to JR Sendai Station, with lots of shops close by. Room is neat but just a bit small. Best thing is that they have undercover passage all the way from station to hotel, so no need to get wet even if it’s raining~

I liked the fact that the property is really close to the train station and there is a walkway the easily connects the 2 properties. The walkway was especially helpful due the rainy weather that we experienced.
