The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful especially Mia. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great, very modern and very clean! Free parking, which is a rarity for the area so that was nice! The breakfast was good but it was the same thing daily and a little limited. It’s also right across the street from a grocery store, Starbucks and some restaurants. Overall a nice stay, would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, very fresh construction. Staff is fine. And they had EV chargers for my car.

The room was perfect! Bathroom was really nice and clean. Pool was warm ! Loved that! Plenty of outlets for charging. Loved the extra towels, without having to ask. Close to eating places, just a short walk.

The Coca Cola plant across the street can leave a film on your vehicle when parking in the parking lot. Thankfully it washes off.

Friendly staff and convenient parking n location

The tv system didn’t work properly and the replacement tv remote was the wrong kind so we couldn’t use the full features of the tv. The thermostat control box fell off the wall thus causing the unit in the ceiling to make beeping noises for the rest of the night. Now the good. The staff were amazing, our room it self was great and the products in the bathroom were wonderful. Breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was top notch. We will return and hopefully will get to try the heated pool.

We purchased a no-cancellation option, however realized after the fact it was for the wrong date. The hotel and Expdia made an exception and made the change for us. However when we arrived, the hotel didn't make the change in the computer system, and didn't have us listed. They had only 2 rooms left, and gave us one of them. It wasn't the exact room we had requested. But the staff was very helpful, and were able to correct the issue.

Primary positives for having chosen this location were its being right off the beltway, off-street parking and across street from a grocery store. In-room amenities were excellent quality. Hadn't realized there was daily breakfast included, so gladly took advantage.

Loved the stay here. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. It’s right off the beltway and close to downtown Silver Spring.

New and fresh. Only complaint - breakfast sandwiches are just incredibly hard.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast was awful.

It was a good experience but the service was lacking. Bring your own WATER!!! They don't provide water, you have to purchase it from the front desk. The bathrooms need a little upgrade but it's not terribly bad. Don't rely on the "Sofa bed" rather get two twin bed room. The sofa mattress is super thin you will feel the springs and is terrible. My back started hurting after 1 night. The bonus for staying here is the FREE breakfast, which I have to say for the most part very well organized and clean.

We have stayed several times, but this last stay the room was not vacuumed well, there was a little dust and the breakfast bread was hard.

The outdoor seating area was beautiful, perfect for a good lounge and quiet enough to focus on work.

Easy check in, staff were friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

When we entered our suite we were quite pleased with the layout, space and decor. I thought we had made a great choice for our 6 night stay. However, the electric blinds that we originally thought were wonderful ended up tainting our visit. The set in the bedroom was broken, so I could not lower the privacy shade at all. The one in the other room had a cover missing across the top. There is a blue light inside the mechanism that flashes every 2 seconds. This light was strobing out of the 3 ft opening all night interrupting my daughter’s sleep. A kind maintenance man came by and tried to fix it at 11 pm but couldn’t. The next day I spoke to 2 different people about it and a third person the following day. It was never fixed. Also, the shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor of the rimless shower tray so every day the bathroom floor would become flooded with water. The manager apologized for our problems and gave us one night free which was fair. Also the breakfast was not good. Eggs were omelettes out of a box. They had meat in them and we are vegetarians. The yogurt was good, but on day 4 a sign was put up saying out of stock. Overall a disappointment.

Property is conveniently located so that you can easily get off and on Rt 495. Indian and Vietnamese restaurants near by within a shopping center. Check in and out was easy. We experienced loud banging and noises from the room above late at night and early in the morning.
