Wonderful staff! Clean rooms.

Due to weather and work I stayed. Friendly staff and breakfast was ok. Only bad thing was the hot tub was not working the first night and that was the night no one was there. Pool was cold. The second night I stayed the pool and hot tub had several people and screaming children and there was no peace and quiet. Not the hotels fault, I just prefer quiet after a long day of work. The kids were running around knocking on the hotel rooms. Again - not hotels fault - just kids being kids. I would stay again for sure.

I get it. Struggling hotel in a small town. But the things I have issue with are not expensive or cost any money. Terrible customer service. Front desks staff was slow and rude. Have multiple conversations and just not welcoming and friendly. Stain on the wall right as you walk in. Mold on the shower mixer. Replace the caulk. Bed was hard as a rock. Place has potential. Hire employees that care. Comfortable beds are important too

For the price per night ($120ish), it was very outdated. We booked a king, but the mattress was very firm. The shower and sink drained very slow as well. We did ask to be switched to another room with a softer bed and they were able to accommodate that. It was a better sleep with a softer mattress, but the shower and sink in that room also drained in red slow. Disappointed with the lack of updates anywhere for the price per night. Breakfast wasn’t much. Waffles and bagels with some yogurt. There wasn’t anywhere to get water either.

Clean. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows hard. Not comfortable. Soap in bathroom won’t even lather. Also, the toilet paper is so thin you have to use three times as much so you might as well buy regular soft toilet paper. It makes the hotel look cheap. Otherwise the staff was super helpful and telling us directions and places to go and everything was very neat in the breakfast accommodations. Very very nice.

Great location for the concert we went to at Treasure Island Casino. Only 6 miles and the hotel suggested a great transportation to and from , clean rooms, friendly staff

Decent hotel, nothing fancy. Our room smelled like smoke despite it being a ‘non-smoking room’. An assortment of options at free breakfast.

Reserved this stay for attending a concert at Treasure Island. Property could use some updates and renovations. It’s not in a poor condition but it’s definitely older than the typical Country Inn and Suites. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The only reason for my lower rating was the bed. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. It definitely affected the quality of sleep I was able to get. Investing in some upgrades and comfortable mattresses should be a necessity.

Bed sheets were full of hair. Called front desk to request that housekeeping change them. Left for 1 hour, returned and keys did not work, had to wait in line to get them reactivated while the front desk searched for another guests missing reservation. Sheets were NEVER changed. We did not stay. Disgusting, dirty and disappointing

Overall the Hastings Comfort Inn was a good choice for an overnight stay. Was closeish to Treasure Island Casino as we were attending a concert in their amphitheatre and all rooms at the casino and surrounding areas were completely booked.
Room was clean, beds had new, stylish looking top blanket, the room had a little bit of a musty smell but once we turned the AC on it went away.
The only thing I was not happy about was breakfast. They had the usual milk, juice, coffee, cereal, waffle maker, which was fine.
The only eggs they had was a premade omelette thing you had to microwave as well as some sausage pancakes on stick thing you also microwaved. The mini blueberry muffin I had was stale tasting and the yogurt I had wasn't super cold from the cooler I grabbed it from. Have never ever had such a sad complimentary breakfast before. You need to up your game Hastings Comfort Inn on this. If I want to use a microwave for breakfast I'll do that at home not when I'm paying money to stay somewhere.

The room was large and decent, but the bed felt like sleeping on a brick. There was also still urine on the toilet and soap or toothpaste in the sink. The shower head was a bit aggressive. Staff was very friendly though

Black mold growing in the caulking around the shower faucet. Breakfast was 6a-9:30a. We went there at 8:15am and they were out of a lot of items and it didn't get refilled until we were done around 9am. Even refilled, there wasn't much to choose from. Accessible outlets by the night stand to plug in my phone would have been nice.

The hotel was good. Staff was very friendly! Lots of choices for breakfast. We brought little kids so the pool was why we chose this hotel. It was great except the drains didnt work so we were walking in like 1.5in of water on the all of the floor outside of the pool. By the chairs, everywhere. Other then that it was great. And if you like tex-mex food there is a restaurant right in the next lot!

We checked in on the 29th.The roof was being re-done at this property and they gave us room 301 on the 3rd floor right under the workers. It was so loud I could not believe they even booked these rooms. After I complained they moved us to 205 which was even worse. There were workers literally right outside our window and we were told they'd be working until 7pm. They offered us a 3rd room but it would have been under the roof work as well. The entire experience was horrible and this hotel should be ashamed for the inconvenience this put on the guests. We ended up driving 2 hours home and will never book this place again. The ladies at the front desk seemed clueless there was even work going on which is beyond me. Apparently the hotel manager is gone until 8/2 so now I have to wait to see if he approves the credit. Horrible management, biggest disappointment of our trip.

The checkin went smoothly. The room was musty smelling, the carpet was wet and went to flush toliet for the first time and it was plugged. Had to go to front desk they gave us a plunger. Couldn’t get another room or hotel in the area because they were all sold out due to Carrie Underwood concert . Told them about it when checked out no sorry or what they can do to make it right just oh yeah they shampooed that room a few days ago. Probably because that toliet overflowed. Room 121

Check in went very well. it was a Saturday night stay and the halls and Hotel were very noisy, even after 11:30 PM. Hard to get to sleep with all the noise. Continental breakfast on Sunday morning was very questionable I got down there early and everything was set up and well stocked. After the initial morning rush started, there was no one to replenish the food options, the coffee ran out, the waffle mix emptied, was very limited staff to be found, and the front desk people took no initiative to address the situation. Kind of felt like it was not important to them.

When we got there the pool was closed. Could’ve posted that somewhere before we booked. Walls are very thin. Construction crew or whatever that stays there gets up at 5am everyday and when they turn on there shower it’s super loud in your room. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, and waffles. Would not stay here again.

Staff throughout our stay were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I wouldn't go outside after dark as we encountered some less-than-pleasing people nearby-but that had little to do with the actual hotel.

Perfect for what we needed. Comfy clean bed and bathroom. Great coffee in the breakfast area as well in the morning. Close to Treasure Island Casino.

The location of this hotel was good for where we had to go for this 3 day trip, but that was the only positive thing. The hotel is in severe need of updating. Drains in our room we’re slow and toilet clogged. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve had at any hotel - very limited, extremely poor quality food. Do not expect to eat at this hotel. Our king bed mattress was extremely hard and sheet was clean but stained. All this at an elevated price ($171 per day) for a hotel stay.

This was a nice, quiet hotel. I forgot what room we booked so I was suprised to find a King Bedroom Suite with jacuzzi. We got in around dinner time during a storm, so it was perfect to have the kids play in while I got takeout. The main room also had a queen sleeper sofa, 2 person table and chairs, tv, wet bar, mini fridge, microwave, and full bathroom. The bedroom was about 12 x 12 with king bed, end tables, tv, dresser. Main pool was open but some remodeling going on in there. Breakfast was great for us! Make your own Waffles, heat your own breakfast corndogs and mini omlets, boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, danishes, cereal, juice, coffee, milk. Definately check out Vermillian Falls just up the road too. Awesome waterfall, park, trails, and bridge.

The only thing that was wrong was the blow dryer in my bathroom only had one setting (the other settings didn't work). Othewise, a nice and easy stay. I was there due to the concert at Treasure Island. Breakfast was good.

Check-in was a mess. They did not have 2 of 3 reservations for our group, even though we had confirmation numbers. Fortunately, they were able to find us rooms. Everyone in our group had to get their keys reprogrammed at some point during our stay.
