Great location that made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very basic and the furniture needs some updating. But the ocean view made up for it.

Everything was close to the property and within walking distance. Had an oceanfront room where we could see the sunrise and sunset without leaving our room. Right from the balcony.

We had a great visit to Cape May. We sat on our porch and watched the dolphins for hours. It was so peaceful. Walked to local restaurants and had great meals.

This hotel is amazing every thing is walkable the views are amazing right on oceanfront I had a luxury room clean kitchen area separate living area then a balcony with chairs and amazing views of ocean I would give this place 10 stars I will be going back

A very well-maintained hotel considering the age of the property. The ocean view is fantastic. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a few hiccups with the cleaning staff. I do think the overall rate for the stay was quite expensive.

The staff was terrific. The balcony was so small You could barely get two people on it. The bedroom was one room away from the patio door. It had 2 Little Windows Way up on the wall so the bedroom was dark and you couldn’t hear the ocean. The shower stall was wonderful but the sink area had no counter space to put cosmetics, etc. The location is prime. The price was very high for what we got.I won’t stay there again.

I really liked this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect. Across the street from the beach and next to a ton of restaurants and shopping. The hotel had its own restaurant/bar which was great. The hotel is in the process of being renovated. I stayed in a unit without a renovated bathroom. The bathroom was pretty bad- I wore flip flops in the bathroom all times. The bedroom itself was renovated and was pretty nice. It's an older building and some of the common areas really showed it. For example, there were rusty holes along the bottom of the stairs going up to the rooms from the outside. Still, for the jersey shore, this was one of the best places I stayed. I would recommend.

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent. Staff was attentive, professional and accommodating. The private rooms and the common areas such as the lobby, pool area, hallways and restaurant were very clean and constantly being cleaned. The food at the restaurant actually exceeded our expectations so it was a descent option for last minute meal. The stay comes with beach passes (not all hotels do). This hotel’s location is perfect compared to surrounding shops and eateries. My only disappointment is the private rooms could use updating. The bathroom was small and the visual condition of the walls, floors and windows seemed outdated. But, still very clean and not a deal breaker. This might just be the norm for a beach town such as this.

The bed/mattress and pillows were amazing. Living room area and bedroom were a nice size. The kitchenette was convenient. Two tvs. Great AC. Great Wi-Fi. Very clean. Private balcony with ocean view. Outside bar and pool area nice.Not uppity, more casual. Casual food. The only complaint would be the breakfast restaurant. They just couldn't seem to get it right, if they even bothered to open. It's a really big area...they should put it to good use. Waste of space, bad food, bad service. Having said that...I would definitely return. Everything else was great.

Excellent location but the hotel itself is not worth the price. They told me that I can call the day of to request early check-in but I was given attitude when calling on my drive down to inquire. Plenty of vacant rooms but somehow there wasn’t one ready for check-in before 4pm. Our housekeeper Crystal was wonderful and so was one of the front desk attendants, but the other one was not. Anyway, broken light switch, wonky door handle, rusted mini fridge, floating shelf hanging onto wall anchors by a thread- not things you’d expect for $600/night. It’s a beach so I wasn’t upset about the sandy floors to start but the contact lens on the floor was hard to ignore. Tiny bathrooms and the AC unit sounds like a jet engine when you sit on the balcony. Ive stayed here before and don’t recall the room being so dingy. But, it’s clear that some of these “condo-tels” are not maintained the same as other units. I’ve been staying in cape may for 20 years and plan to continue my summer trips, but I’ll stay elsewhere to save money. I don’t mind spending a premium for a premium hotel, but spending a premium on a motel-like room makes me upset. Shame because this place has so much potential. Would give 10 stars if this were say $450/night.

We came back for the second time and our experience was wonderful even better than last year ! Newly renovated rooms are gorgeous ! Very pleasant staff all around ! Great food and service in the restaurant ! We will definitely be back next year !
