The place has the best location to move around kyoto and explore other cities. The hotel is super clean, big rooms and a lot of good services, I'll recomende it 100 % !!!

Excellent location right around the corner from Kyoto Station with plenty of dining options nearby. We did a number of day trips and used this as our home base. Loved having laundry facilities onsite, and access to a gym and onsen. The airport limousine to Itami Airport was just 3 minutes away and there was a Don Quiote and Family Mart right across the street. The complimentary coffee/tea/matcha latte was amazing!

My friend recommended this hotel. From Kyoto JR Station, it’s very quick and easy to reach the hotel. There are many restaurants behind the hotel,. You can also walk to AEON within 8 minutes.
The hotel’s breakfast was excellent every day — in my experience, it was one of the best. The room itself was standard, and have 5 washing machines available ( may need to wait quite a while). Next to them is a gym and a public bath. Everything was very clean, and there’s even a sauna.
In the hotel lobby, there’s a spacious area where you can enjoy free coffee. My friend really didn’t recommend the wrong place — I had a great and happy stay. The price is very reasonable, and it includes a rich breakfast (4,500 yen per person), which comes to about HKD 1,200.
