You get what you pay for and less. Our room was barely surface clean. The fridge could barely open because it was situated on top of cardbord boxes. The sheets and towels were so old and used there were stains that obviously refused to go away despite being “clean.” There was a hole in our bed lining. A hole. The A/C acted like the creepy furnace in the movie Home Alone, acting out every other hour making it hard to sleep. The Inn is situated right next to a road with lots of traffic at night, meaning it was noisy as hell. Strangers came knocking on our door - twice - at night which was more than uncomfortable. First thing we heard entering the room was “our” neighbor banging for 10 minutes. It sounded like police or security showed up at night. We stayed one night despite having booked two nights only because we were too exhausted to leave the first night after an 8 hour drive. I recommend spending an extra 50 bucks just to get something better.

Dirty bed sheets and walls. No toilet paper provided. Television with no service, you had to sign on to your streaming services to watch. Shower had no caddy for anything, for your soap, shampoo, NOTHING. Restroom had no countertop space. No drawers or hangers to put away clothes. LED lighting was super bright and not adjustable. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in some bad ones.

Bathroom had a makeup stained towel and someone’s false eyelashes left on the bathtub. There was only one electrical outlet in the entire room that could be used.

The property is really dirty and damaged, the area is unsafe and the people that stay there don’t look like good people. Plus they ask for a deposit when the property is really dirty and damaged. The shower was clogged and nasty.

As I was checking in, I saw someone walking across the Hotel Property apologizing for taking a short cut. I slept good and it was a very quiet room except for the Air conditioning fan that went on all night.

Was kind of weary of this place given the recent reviews, but regardless needed a place to stay for two nights under 100 bucks a day and this place was golden! sure it isn't 5 stars and doesn't have anything fancy, like breakfast or an outstanding view of the la area but it does the job and at a great price. it was fairly clean, bed was great, had a microwave and mini fridge, kind of tight space but worked for two people, also featured some chairs, table, and a TV. Honestly had a great stay and would definitely consider this hotel if you are on a tight budget and want to get a great location in SoCal right next to LA and Orange County.

The room was not clean when i checked in. We had to wait. The AC was not working very well. Very little air was coming out that we had to open the windows because the room was hot.

We were giving a room with no power outlets the deadbolt didn’t work the hotel had room that it looks like people live there they have pictures frames and it looks a bit scary. I don’t think I would be back here in this hotel

This property does not look anything like the picture. There was one room that was set up close to the picture that was taken. The hotel was dirty. It was smelly and old. There were unsavory characters hanging all around outside of the rooms. My husband and I did not even check in. We saw our room saw the area and immediately left. We told the manager about our experience, but they still charge does the full rate for the two days we were due to be there. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Reserved a none smoking room and the room smelled like someone was just smoking. AC was leaking lots of water on floor. Not enough towels. Not enough bed sheets pillows. Noice all night long. Food traffic was constant. Seemed like there was people trying to peak into room noticed someone standing outside door for a while. Bad experience

Front desk is nice but there were blood stains on sheets and ended up getting bed bug bites. Room was not cleaned completely there was a used bandaid stuck on the wall.

I feel this property is misleading with reviews it should be rated a 1or 2 ,it’s extremely dirty especially the stairs, the amenities suck, and a lot of drug heads and random people, hanging out from early in the morning, and late night. It felt very sketchy and unsafe. My husband and I felt that it was still dirty and even the floor looked as if it had not been mopped. We did not sleep well and checked out very early the next day.

Although pets are not allowed, I was woken up at 3:30 AM by the barking of the dog next-door, the neighbors were being loud, and there was no staff to call upon. I called the main number to the hotel, and there was no answer, I did not feel safe to tell the neighbors to quiet down.

I got the “luxury suite” which has nothing of luxury, is just a very regular room. Nothing out of the extraordinary, the receptionist was friendly, the room was clean,the place quiet, we stayed just for practically a few hrs since we have to be at the nearby hospital early. For a quick stay the place is ok.

We loved it. The room is clean nice feng shui very beautifully decorated. Fridge and microwave is a plus and the closet is so adorable it’s like a little house in the room.

The room was very spacious but the upstairs people were loud. You can hear the people walk around and when the were talking. The floor squeaks a lot on the top floor (above us)

It was on a Main Street which is loud but convenient. The cleanness is not housekeepings fault they just need to update a lot of things even paint. I didn’t even have a toilet paper roll it looked like it was ripped off and the ac was falling apart

Hotel was not as advertised room had a non working television and remote I informed the front desk they said they would be right up but they never came no smoke alarm in bedroom…. Stayed two nights it appears to be more of a live in
