It was close to a reception I was attending.

when we went to our room discovered no glasses in the bathroom. No ice bucket and no darkening room drapes. I went down to the front desk and asked for bathroom glasses and they stated I would have to go to the restaurant to get them. Used the wine glasses. On checking out told them about the darkening curtains that we did not have they were insistence that I did and only discovered they provided ice when using the tv. It was ok but service was lacking and provisions were too

Did not like that there was no sort of scenery on the property smack in the middle of an industrial area and highways. No on site attractions, def not a family hotel. However it was clean, quiet, courteous staff and comfy. Also almost everything is atleast 30 mins drive.

I'm going to imperia hotel very often in Terrebonne, In Terrebonne all channel on tv was available. Unfortunately in Boucherville. 26 channel on 50 was not available. The front desk mention it's a direction problem and he mention it often. It's probably the last time i'm going in this hotel.

The consirge was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable .The linens were fine and luxurious.The room was modern,and nicely decorated. The bathroom is modern and clean.Nice rainshower fixture!

The hotel lobby is functional and small, it remnds me of boutique hotel lobbies. The rooms are clean, well a appointed with a well stocked bar/fridge. Bed was great and I could barely hear the traffic as it is located off the highway. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food rnaging from Fish and Chips to Steaks.

Loved this property! Defiantly a bit of a drive into downtown montreal or tourist areas but the hotel is very nice and quiet

If they have a conference happening, parking will not be available, and to use the pool, the front desk needs to escort you through the conference to the pool. Place was clean and comfortable but doesn’t look like the photos.

The facilities are very clean, and the staff shows dedication to keep it clean, the only thing was that the beds are more made every day which was not communicated to us when we checked-in but other than this small inconvenience the overall experience was good.

The hotel was located far from the capital of Montreal and the pool had extra bleach which was an irritant smell. The room was quite small to accommodate three people.

Staff was very nice and always available to answer questions or assist you if needed. The room was very quiet. You couldn’t hear hallway noise or any of the other rooms. I also appreciated that the room were clean and well organized.

Unfortunately there were situations that were not pleasant. 1. At the reception they gave us the wrong room and there were other clients in our supposed room. The receptionist did not believe when I told him that there was another guest, several times he asked me if I was right, he even asked me what the other customers were like. That event was very regrettable. I understand that they can be confused, which should not happen, but that the receptionist does not believe you, that is very bad. 2. The elevator was not working and they gave me the room up to the 5th floor. My mother, who is an elderly person, included in my stay and she had to walk up to the fifth floor.

This place is terrible. Worst customer service ever. They had only 1 elevator which was broken. My Aunt came along with us and she was disabled and no way to accommodate her to bring down other than we had to carry her down the stairs. Worst hotel ever.

Nice and cozy hotel to stay at! However, the elevator didn’t work during our stay so going up and down several flights of stairs, especially with all our luggage was not ideal. The pool was also a bit dirty (mostly dirt on the ground, not sure if that was from right before we went). Our room also did not get cleaned at any point throughout our stay - this was manageable of course in terms of us staying tidy, however some refreshed towels and bedding would have been nice. Staff is friendly and overall the hotel was clean, would stay again if in the area but just some recommendations for improvement.

We reserved a room for four people, yet only two coffee cups were provided. When I asked the reception for two more cups, they informed me that an additional deposit, separate from the initial 150 CAD, was required. Frustratingly, I complied. However, when I approached the restaurant, they readily gave me the cups without any inquiries. I remain puzzled by the receptionist's initial response.

The hotel is renovated and well maintained, but the room was extremely small with no room for two people to comfortably stay more than a night. The restaurant was out of most breakfast options even on a weekend. Location and parking are convenient though.
