My parents stayed at this hotel one night before they flew from the airport. The room was clean and had everything they needed. Staff has been very helpful.
Only downside is that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, as my dad would have had to buy lunch and dinner from outside of the hotel .
I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the hotel description, if not, it should be.
But the breakfast is very enjoyable.

the room was spacious and clean; the breakfast was fresh and good verities. the service could improve. they needed to be reminded few time for anything requested.

Our stay in Reform was really enjoyable, far more better than we expected.
There were some hassle in checking in, the reservation made by Hotels.com was not easily be found.
