Friendly and very helpful staff.
The location is central with access to all the shops and restaurants or cafes.
The rooms and the building were clean.
It could be pretty noisy late night and early morning in the street. So even at 5th and 6th floor we should shut the window for sleeping. Fortunately, it was not that hot in the rooms, so we could keep the windows closed some nights.
Also it was very frequent to smell cigarette from other balconies.
Facilities were limited and building was old. But the staff did their best to compensate for that.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel im einwandfreien Zustand. Es war sauber, die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr gut eingerichtet und im sehr guten Zustand, das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Die Lüftung machte erhebliche Geräusche von anderen Zimmern und vom Wind.

The staff were very nice people and helpful, the breakfast was acceptable not in a restaurant but they bring to your room.
Parking spot is really limited, it is not guaranteed. The neighbourhood is really busy with a lot of noise at night but it is really close to city centre actually in the city centre. The rooms have no Airco which was really needed during our stay. Some facilities were broken but the staff helped us get the good one or at least get the job done.
