I had a wonderful stay at the Moringa resort. I am not sure what the comments are talking about regarding the staff service, because I found them to be excellent. They allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier than expected and welcomed us with a fresh beverage, added an extra bed for us, and checked us into our room. They answered every question or request my family and I had, and were super accommodating. The restaurant staff was also the same, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the happy hour drinks aren’t bad. My only negative review is the location of the hotel, as it is not within the main El Nido town and the transportation between there and back can add up quickly, but that is not their fault. I enjoyed the pool and had a massage at the hotel - terrific service as well - and would be happy to come back! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Pool was amazing and not crowded so you could have a sunbed everyday.
Bar is open all day so that’s nice to have a cocktail or beer by the pool.
Staff was amazing
Location is great and some nice restaurants just walking distance from there and about 10mins from the busy area by TukTuk.
Room was nice too
Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time! I especially appreciated them booking a private van for our round trip from Puerto Princesa at a reasonable price, with such kind and meticulous service (Thank you, Ruth!). The restaurant served international cuisine, which suited our tastes perfectly, and the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. They also took great care in booking our island hopping tour, Nacpan Beach, and Terata. Oh, and my child really loved the swimming pool!
