Amazing place to stay. Next to coorse stadium, and 16th street. Lots of options to eat and dine. Cvs and starbucks all these options in walking distance. Vallet parking was great.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed an early check in at no cost. Pool and workout room was nice and great view. Super close to the baseball field and lots of great places to eat with in walking distance.

The location for downtown was great however the room was dirty. We were given our room and upon trying to take a nap we pulled sheets only to find hair all over the bed as if the sheets were never changed. We asked for the sheets to get changed and after almost an hour someone came to change just the fitted sheet and then realized the rest of the bedding was also dirty had to send someone else later. So no nap was taken because it took them well over an hour to complete the changing of the bed sheets.

The room was as pictured but was not cleaned very thoroughly and the interior could use some updating. The fabrics on the furniture all looked kind of worn down. The comforter had some stains on it but they promptly brought us a clean one. The hair dryer also did not work but again, they brought us a new one. The staff was attentive.

The staff at the front desk are not friendly. They're too busy talking to their co-workers. They are not helpful either. The lights in my room didn't work and they did nothing to fix it. Also, parking is terrible. Either you pay $50 for valet to park in their garage, or park far away. Terrible stay. Won't be staying there again.

I had a great time, but the room was a bit dirty. I noticed the towels had some weird yellow stains and the counters and night stand were dirty and sticky with cup rings all over. Although I must say I slept good because those pillows were really comfortable and I got to wake up to a nice view. With the hotel being in the middle of Denver it was close to everything which made my stay convenient.

My only complaint is the terrible TV serivce. Yes, there was a winter storm but the dish was out almost thge entire time. Why rely on a diush- terrible idera. Please fixthat you are a 5!

It's a nice hotel, friendly staff, central location, stylishly furnished and clean. It's not much of a "garden" inn, it's right next to a little power station and there is no green space. There's a restaurant attached that is closed in the afternoon, and is a little pricy and a little bougie. They never put out a continental breakfast the days we were there, so a little kitchen with some kind of room service or food options would have been nice. Otherwise, a great stay!

We had a great stay at the Hilton Inn Denver Union Station. The location is perfect for walking to the train station, Whole Foods, many restaurants... And it was the most reasonable priced hotel in the area. We felt safe at all times of day. The beds are very comfy and staff friendly. Just an overall great experiences. Thanks!

Use the train to get from the airport to downtown Denver and this hotel is within walking distance. For seniors it only cost $1.35 one way. Union Station is b eautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel does have a restaurant, but breakfast is not included. Make sure if you are an honors member you get your free water.

It was nice to be within walking distance of Ball Arena which is why I was there. The price was great, the room was great, had a nice view. And the restaurants around the area were very high end! It was a great property and the shower especially got warm right away and had amazing pressure.

There was nothing special about this hotel. A series of minor inconveniences and uncomfortable pillows. They also gave me the absolute worst view in the entire hotel on the 4th floor overlooking the power transformers facing northwest, even though I was an honors member. Don’t waste your time on this one - you could find at least 5 other hotels closeby that would be better

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. It's located next next to a king sooperd grocery store which is convenient. Location is perfect and it's a very safe feeling area. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The TV was quite large, which was nice. Most of them have small tvs you can barely see. The indoor pool area was very nice. It's located on the third floor however, we did not use it, but we did explore. They have decorated the hotel very welcoming and nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. They do require a key card to make elevators work which is nice for safety as well. We stayed in glass house, view of mountains. Only ugly part was view of some kind of power type line below us. Nothing horrible or concerning. We were on 6th floor. Again would recommend and stay again!

Property was nice and clean . Only thing is $50 daily parking was not published when booking hotel . 5 day stay came out to $250 just for parking . Almost the whole cost to book a room .
