Terrible check in directions. Terrible parking instructions. Terrible direction on how to get into the garage.

Very nice apartment with all of the essentials provided. Quiet location despite trains nearby. Convenient to park and shopping. Free coffee near elevator was excellent and nice touch.

I found the place to be pretty cheap. When I opened the dishwasher, the whole thing pulled out. The aesthetic is nice, but it's all done on the cheap. There is a smell that is between stale smoke, must and cheap cleaning fluid. There are waaaay too many steps and directions for getting in and out of the place. If nothing else they could make the parking be a piece of paper for your dash so you don't have to worry about returning that on top of everything else. My room was very far from the elevator so ever trip was a trek. I think the concept is interesting for sure, just a lot of work for a one night stay. Would rather just do a hotel.

Our stay was amazing and they were able to accommodate our last minute early check in and were very attentive to our needs. It was extremely clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed and more.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. But check-in was not easy, it would have been much better and easier with an actual receptionist. You must digitally enter the building, and then the room, which was easy. But then you have get a parking and elevator key pass from the room and go to your car to park. Once parked in the parking garage, the elevator pass would not work, elevator would not work. So we had to exit the parking garage and walk around building with all our bags back to front of the building to enter again. Lots of extra hassle.

The location was great but from the beginning there were nothing but issues. My room was not the room I paid for. There was no balcony. I had to prove I paid for a room with a balcony. Waited over an hr all together before I got into a room that was suitable. The toilet didn’t work. You can’t ask anyone downstairs for anything. I had to fix the toilet multiple times. The bed smelled like Fritos so I went out late and got detergent and washed the bedding before I could even go to sleep. House keeping came at 10:54 , check out wasn’t until 11 and I was doing a last min walk through so I felt rushed. But there’s a $60 return item fee so I felt obligated to walk through a last time before leaving.

Great stay, seamless check in/check out. Spacious suite and a close walk to Union Station. Kitchen was fully stocked and I felt right at home.

The unit was beautiful and has convinced me to never go back to staying in a regular hotel ever again! The parking/entry process as a first time visitor was less than ideal, and the directions could be a little more clear, but once the kinks were worked out I was very satisfied with our stay, the amenities, and the location!

The apartment was amazing.
The location is prime. You can walk to union station. There’s a park across the street. It’s very clean the sheets and pillows smelled cleaned. It had all the amenities that you need.

Loved this property. The virtual check in was great besides some beginner errors but would definitely make this my first choice stay anytime I came to Denver.

If you’re parking a car here you have to park temporarily, find your way through the maze of hallways to your room, get the garage opener, come back down, and then park and find your way back to the room. The process is confusing and unnecessarily complicated. I recommend staying elsewhere if you have a car. Otherwise the apartment was nice and the location good, but personally I prefer a full-service hotel.

The property was in a good location. I rented a unit with a kitchen to have people over. This particular unit was lacking several of the necessities for having a kitchen. Wine glasses and opener, can opener and only one small frying pan and no Tupperware. If they stock the unit appropriately I would rent there again.

Surprisingly pleasant. Great Value. Clean. Only real area for improvement is the blinds in the bedrooms. They are pointless; it is almost daylight at night.

The instructions were perfect, and the apartment, more than we could enjoy for a 2 night stay! The location is central to everything Denver and we would definitely stay again when we return!

Was pleasantly surprised about getting a full 1 bedroom sized apartment for this stay. It had plenty of room, a full kitchen, and laundry which really made my stay great. Plus easy walking distance to everything and a nice river front park right across the street.

Very nice, clean & modern. Great location close to Ball Arena, Union Station, parks, food etc. - we were able to walk just about everywhere.

Check-in was unnerving. The use of a "virtual front desk", several access codes, and fob scanning to get into my guest room caught me unprepared. The room itself, however, was outstanding. Clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed, I got a great night's sleep. A great choice if you're comfortable being checked in digitally!

Kasa union station was a perfect stay for us. It was in a convenient location that was very walkable to restaurants and public transportation. The room was very clean and quiet. We rarely heard anyone else in other units. We have stayed in other properties nearby, and we always wanted to stay in this area. I’m really happy this location was available. We are definitely staying here again. Thank you, Kasa! The check in process and everything was very smooth for us.

Large, spacious, clean, new. The walk-in closets were an added bonus. Whole Foods was a short walk, so we could cook in the large kitchen.

We had a very pleasant time and I have to say it is a hidden gem here in Denver. Conveniently located with 3 hr free parking if need be. Nice park easy access to train, while foods and Ball arena. Such a nice find I don’t want to tell you how nice as then you may not be available next trip.

I didn’t realize this property was remote/self check in. I had a very poor online check in experience which required me to deal with remote/chat customer service for one hour. I would not book any hotel with no on-site customer service again. Check in should be easier than that.

The unit was clean, in good condition and spacious.
We had some difficulty with the parking area but we attribute it to trying to be rational after being awake 22 hours and traveling.

Definitely one of the best stays I've ever had. Easy check in and check out process, communicative staff. The room itself was really nice and had everything I needed, such a unique stay option and great area. I was sad to leave and will be back.
The only downside is because there is no traditional hotel lobby per se, once you check out, you can't hang out in the business center, lobby or leave your bags at a front desk, for example, so that is unfortunate.
