What we liked was that staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming ( thanks Chiara:)) and the room was spacious and clean. The common area (kitchen) was very well maintained and clean and we had access to everything (including a machine distributing flat and fizzy water).The facility was well positioned and close to the historic center.
What we didn’t like was that when we arrived, the first thing we saw in front of the building was overflowing garbage bins that stayed there for the 3 days of our stay! But we saw the same situation all over the city of Naples and I guess this is a systemic problem that is not specific to this facility.
All in all, we liked this place and would recommend it happily:)

The Napoli square suites are lovely modern rooms. The area outside the property is not, its Naples after all. However, despite being just a few blocks from a busy street, and around the corner from shops, cafes and restaurants,
the rooms are quiet at night. We would stay again for sure.

Great location for metro and centro storico. The staff communicated well over WhatsApp which made things really easy. Lift was handy, but be careful on the steps, the marble makes them very slippery in some footwear.
