Right in the center of the city. It was a very modern hotel room in an old building with all the necessary amenities. The balcony terrace overlooked the main street.
There were some stains here and there on the throw pillow/couch and water stains.

The apartment is located at the heart of Spaccanapoli. It is clean and comfy for a stay. They have a buffet with coffee, tea, etc. The staff is very polite and helpful!

Staff (via messaging) were responsive and helpful

Convenient for train station and tour pick ups
Room was hot (air conditioning was not efficient) but Naples were having a heatwave at the time,
Stairs up were ok for us - more signage inside to direct to correct floor upon arrival would help.
More information prior to arrival about arrangements and location would help
