This hotel was amazing. Very quiet safe neighborhood, big rooms, great walk in shower, nice towels, easy parking. No free breakfast but not an issue for us since we’re late risers. There’s restaurant(pay for breakfast) but we didn’t try. Restaurant in evening served basic bar food ,looked good, but didn’t try. Cocktails were convenient feature although pricey. Loved this hotel and will be back.

Super friendly desk clerk welcomed us to the hotel. The shuttle was perfectly on time at 4:30am so the trip to the airport was free and easy.

The property is 3.75 starts. It’s newer, clean, all one needs to overnight while traveling.
The area restaurants are lower end chains with the top being Sizzler! If you want dinner, I recommend the hotel.

Absolutely worst service and breakfast of any Hilton the woman at the front desk this morning told me she couldn’t bring me more towels and then said,”don’t you have any in your room” we had two towels for three people. She then said she had no one who would bring me towels when there was house keepers all over the floor. She completely ignored me and started playing on her phone. When I went down to the lobby she sent house keeping to being someone else toilet paper. The food was disgusting my dog even spit out the bacon. I give his place a zero because of the horrible service and food.

Convenient short drive to downtown Sacramento and food options near the hotel. Was a little disappointed that upon arrival we were given a one bed room when my reservation that was secured 3 months prior was for two beds. I wasn’t aware of this change until I walked into the room. Front desk didn’t mention it and so I went back down to advise of the issue. I was told they overbooked and so the sofa pulled out into a bed so there was enough room to accommodate my party of 4. My issue is that a pull out sofa bed is no where near as comfortable or equal in size to a bed. Front desk staff advised me that the room I was given was actually more expensive than the one I booked with two beds when I inquired about a price change refund. I did not care that it was a more expensive room I wanted the convenience of TWO beds which I did not end up getting for what booked. This is where a little more incentive to maintain higher quality customer service satisfaction could have come into play.

Staff was extremely friendly and let us check in early. The hotel has great features like mobile check in, having access to the room key and room controls on your phone. Property was very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again.

Went to a show at Discovery Park— it was about 10 mins away. Hotel is off freeway. Super convenient— lots of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel is in great shape— it was safe and clean. Would definitely recommend again.

Clean rooms, easy parking and close proximity to Sacramento Airport

The hotel is brand new and very clean. There are lots of food options within walking distance, plus other stores and it's a nice area. The only thing was that the computers went down when we were trying to check in and so we had to sit in the lobby for about an hour before being able to go up to our room, which was frustrating because we had dinner reservations. The walls were also very thin and we could hear the people in the room next to us fighting and farting around, and they had people over and were up until 7am. All that being said, I would stay there again and hope for better neighbors.

There was no body soap. I requested a Kings bed and got two queen size. For a hotel night that was almost $500 and I was awaken at 6 am with a couple fight right next to my room. No staff responded or security came to check what was going on. I would ask for a refund.

The staff was very nice. The floor landing was in need of a vacuuming but really doesn’t affect my stay. It was a fine stay. The night clerk was especially kind.

I get to my room and everything seems fine. Upon further looking black hairs in the bathroom and on the nightstand.
At 12am I go to turn down my tv to sleep and my remote stopped working. I called the front desk and a young girl who says she’s a trainee and has no idea how to help me. I asked if there was someone she could call or a reset button, maybe another remote. She recommends taking the batteries out of the remote! Not helpful and very rude about it. Then I try to trouble shoot the situation and the tv won’t work at all. I can’t turn it off. So I end up in plugging it. Not ideal in the least. As at 4 am the person above me starts stomping and pacing the room for about an hour. A tv noise would have been great to muffle the sound.

Very pleasant check in accommodating my early check-in. Everything else was perfect, exactly as expected. I'll certainly stay here again.

I thought breakfast was included, and it turned out that only coffee was included. I thought we were eligible for a senior citizen discount, but I was told that we did not get it because we reserved through Expedia. We did not intend to book through Expedia.

We checked in after midnight after being at children’s hospital all day. Staff was friendly and quick to assist us.

Check in was appalling. Was made to wait over an hour because hotel couldn’t run credit card for incidentals - despite fact room was paid for. Had driven over ten hours and this inconvenience was frustrating and frankly unacceptable

We needed to get away from home for one day so we reserved a room nearby, packed ourselves, kids, and dog up, and headed to the hotel.
The immediate vicinity area has some news homes being built so looks a bit desolate, but conversely it's quiet! Once checked in we made use of thenoool, bought snacks and wine, and had breakfast at checkout. All of it was great.
