We loved the layout of the room. The placement of the hotel was excellent making everything nice to walk to. Concierge was very helpful in finding places to eat. The hotel breakfast and food were amazing. Would recommend to a friend

Liked swimming pool although on the cool side but was end of October. Very clean, well kept, easy walk to Old Town. Close to se eral restaurants.

Overall this is a very good hotel
The location is one of its best assets with easy walking distance to Rhodes old town, the harbour, beaches and host of local bars and restaurants.
The staff were all great and went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful.
Would have rated 5 but the pool was not heated and even though we had enjoyed a long hot summer, was too cold. Also pool area is small and overlooked by apartments or the hotel on all sides.
The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice, however I think the quality of some offerings could have been better, i.e. all eggs, be they poached, fried or boiled, were hard.

We had room 701 which is a suite and it was outstanding
Excellent terrace where you had the freedom of not being overlooked,completely private
We really enjoyed our stay friendly staff,a shot walk to the old town,plenty of restaurant choices nearby.als the new town is 400m walk away modern shops,I couldn’t get my mrs out of Zara and the likes😂
We hired a car for a couple of days hired some e bikes and seen a lot in the week.the hotel has a great breakfast choice as well you won’t go wrong here to start your day with whatever you can think of food wise.

Excellent hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food very good. Breakfasts superb and terrific selection freshly prepared and cooked. Our room was very nice and the air conditioning worked well. Only downside for us was the pool, it's not heated to a comfortable temperature and the poolside area although very clean with enough sun beds just seemed to lack a holiday vibe. It could do with some refreshing and livening up a bit. This would not deter us from visiting again though as the hotel is terrific in every other way.

The hotel is definitely understaffed. We arrived before 4 pm and there was only one person who had to leave the reception to help us with the luggage. We could not have any request fulfilled simply because one person for the entire hotel.
There is a need in the DOOR for the bathroom for the minimum privacy, seriously!
The hotel is decent and convenient located, great breakfast, incredible balcony with the view in the island suites.

Our stay at Rodos Horizon City was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. A glass of Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch and special mention to the wonderful Eleni who provided outstanding service to my wife and I. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back !

Perfect location, impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms equipped with modern furniture, breakfast was gorgeous - superb variety and lots of fruits & great quality restaurant at day and evening time. Staff were very efficient and helpful. We appreciated the welcoming rose and glass of wine. The room was very comfortable and clean. Well positioned for walking to the Old Town.

We booked a city view suite - on arrival the room was amazing but unfortunately this suite didn’t have a balcony- just something to be mindful of when booking( I think there’s only 1 of these rooms). The hotel itself is fabulous, decor and cleanliness was outstanding as was the location & breakfast. I would recommend this hotel but just 1 other thing of note- the pool area is very small for such a big hotel so very few beds also because of its placement it doesn’t actually get the sun until approximately 1130 am and it’s gone again at 630pm

Really lovely hotel room was perfect, clean and well maintained. Breakfast selection whilst I stuck to cereal and toast they had a massive spread so something for everyone. Staff all very helpful and professional. The Hotel itself is in an ideal location for everything as you can easily walk to the beach, shops, old town and local restaurants which are plentiful. Would highly recommend and the plus is its an adult only hotel as someone whose children are over 18 you appreciate adult time immensely.

We booked a last minute trip to Rhodes and got extremely lucky in selecting this property. It was in an excellent location to visit Old Town, the waterfront and lots of shopping an dining. The staff were great and the value excellent.

Great breakfast buffet included in price , tons of options both hot and cold ! On last morning there staff made us sandwiches as we had early morning flight ! Good local restaurant picks from several staffers !

Wow what an amazing hotel with fantastic service from all the team. A lovely touch was the welcome glass of champagne and the rose. Check in was 3pm but they kindly let us check in at 12. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about our stay.

The hotel was high quality, clean with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The breakfast was first class as were the bar and gym facilities. The only negative was the pool which was too cold to swim in, no one that I saw during the week could stay in the water for longer than one length.

This is a brand new renovated hotel. Every interaction with staff was friendly,courteous and professional . Breakfast buffet was truly plentiful with numerous choices . This was a truly great hotel.

A perfectly located modern hotel close to the seafront, trendy shopping and dining area if Rhodes and the Old Town. This modern, Scandinavian design influenced hotel offers the perfect balance between form and function. Very comfortable beds, functional bathroom with excellent hot water, balconies to catch the sea breeze, TV, spacious and with all the usual hotel extras. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. All staff we encountered were friendly and genuinely helpful. We really enjoyed this hotel and recommend it especially for couples. Totally relaxing.
