Great location, friendly customer service and kind cleaners. The room was basic but fresh and always cleaned well. Breakfast was okay overall.
The bathroom was quite small and there wasn’t much privacy between the balconies. The most unpleasant experience was during breakfast when a cockroach jumped onto my friend’s dress while we were eating. After that, we felt uncomfortable eating in the breakfast area for the rest of our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, surrounded by amazing restaurants, the staff were very accommodating booking taxis for our group and the bar at the hotel was very reasonably priced, we received fresh towels promptly every morning also

Central location,breakfast and food/bar facilities and of course the wonderful staff.
Room was basic but clean and noise from road .

Receptionist Despna was exceptional. She was very accomodating, very welcoming and very understanding.
The rooms were dated, run down and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant odour in the room which would not go away.
