The room is great, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. I really liked the shower, hot water, very comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The room is nice and clean, everything works perfectly. Smart Tv with YouTube is great. It's very warm here. The bed is comfortable.

It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat.
A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.

Excellent location and a really pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room is small but very cozy, with a fridge and a strong shower, which is always a big plus. Nothing to complain about at all, especially at this price.
