Fiyatı iyi, konumu nispeten çok uzak değil otobüs durağına yakın ve kısa zamanda taksi geliyor. Odaları temiz. Birçok turist tarafından ziyaret ediliyor. Çantalarımızı bizim için odamızın dışında muhafaza ediyorlar. Kliması güzel, sıcak ve soğuk çalışıyor. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Kahvaltısı yeterli.

The location was not convenient. For example, it was far from the city center, there are no convenience stores to purchase snacks or water. However, the bus stops are nearby and I used two buses to go to Dostyk Plaza (1 hour total).
The breakfast buffet (starting at 7am) was cancelled with no notice on my 2nd and 3rd morning stay. The staff was argumentative. The reception and the cook stated that staff knocked on doors the night prior to inform of the the closed kitchen. I was not informed as I was sightseeing until late at night. Other guests experienced the same lack of communication as me. A plate of a cold eggs, half a frankfurter, and 3 slices of bread with a packet of instant coffee were taken to my room instead. My hotel price included a breakfast buffet (although sparse) from 7am to 10 am which was helpful for my early start to sightseeing.
