The place is a hidden gem with a great view of the lake from the attic. Staff are friendly, Very clean room and very good breakfast not being rushed. And the host gave us samples of jam to take home.. we took an hour bus from Como. Very short distance from the bus stop.. 25-30 min walk from Bellagio

Homemade breakfast options were amazing, staff was super helpful and rooms were comfortable
There’s only one bus option with 30 - 60 mins interval to get to the city so do take that into consideration before booking

Our stay here in San Giovanni was wonderful. The room provided an incredible view of Lake Como. Breakfasts on the terrace were amazing also, with plenty of fresh produce. The location is great as well, being outside the touristy part of Bellagio.
