Great location near lake & parklands and away from the overly busy parts of town. On site parking which is hard to find here. Our apartment was spacious and communication with our host excellent.
Our apartment would have been more comfortable with more thoughtful furnishings and kitchen equipment. For example no couch and only a breakfast bar type table to sit at.

The location is perfect. Just in front of Villa Melzi's entrance. The distance to Bellagio center is an easy 10 minute walk. Bed and pillows are comfi. And the whole appartment is clean and aiconditioned. And the host is so friendly and accomodating.

We stayed in apartment Alberto. There was a small balcony big enough for 2 people to sit and eat. The views from the balcony of the lake were amazing.
It was a basic but comfortable studio with a comfortable bed, a new bathroom and good internet.
The stars of the show were being able to park right by the side of the Melzi Gardens and being able to walk through and explore the gardens for free by showing the apartment key. The gardens are truly beautiful and warrant a couple of hours to visit as well as being the easiest pathway through to Bellagio between 10am & 6.30pm.
There is a lovely restaurant just by the entrance to the gardens right by the edge of the lake.
There is a very steep climb up wooden stairs to the apartment. This is not suitable for anyone without reasonable fitness especially if you have heavy suitcases.
Communication with the host was via WhatsApp and I had to initiate it to get details of how to access the apartment. Then she sent clear details and photos with information and instructions.

Quiet location with lovely views of the lake. Near to the Gardens and were allowed to walk through for free to Bellagio which cut out the big hill if walking.
A long walk to the supermarket which was closed for 3 hours over lunchtime. Apartment a bit tired especially the bathroom but adequate. Needs a bit of attention.
Unfortunately we left after the first night as in the building next door there was total renovation building work going on starting at 7am. It appears to be a long term project so may go on for some time so check before booking as we weren't informed of this and had been going on for some time already.
