Fantastic location away from busy Bellagio but close to walk in easily. Perfect having a path opposite to walk down to the lake.

The complex had a nice vibe. All the guests were friendly. The pool area was great for what it was. There were plenty of sun beds in the solarium area for everyone to enjoy. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four. The air conditioning worked well. 25 minute walk to Bellagio. Local bar underneath the building was handy for a quick pint or a basic pizza or sandwich. The nearest “beach” is a 3 minute walk and the food at the riverside restaurant was surprisingly very good if a little pricey.
The pool area had low hanging balconies that I almost banged my head on, and one poor guest actually did. He required 3 stitches after some heavy bleeding which was a shock to all who witnessed it.
The mattresses in the apartment are basic as well. These would really benefit from an upgrade.
Despite working well, there were no controllers for the bedroom air conditioning so we were unable to regulate the temperature.
The TV is tiny and miles away from the 2 seater sofa. So sitting down one evening and watching something as a family was completely ruled out for us.

The area was perfect for our stay with pool, sun area and close my places for food and drinks. Also with designated parking spot was super nice.

The pool area was amazing & the apartment was super clean. Great facilities. The welcome bottle of prosecco and snacks was a lovely touch. Alfio & Paola provided great recommendations and were happy to help with any questions we had.
Steep walk home from Bellagio but it was worth it to stay somewhere away from the hustle & bustle
