The view and walk out to beach from room cannot be beat. There are manatees and dolphins playing... and turtles nesting. Everyone is very nice. Our check in was seamless.

Location is and the pool are perfect. The sand on the beach is sharp so wear your flip flops. Our room was very tiny and a little run down but we spent very little time there. Lovely spot.

It’s very convenient because it’s on the beach, however, the building is dated. For the price, we could’ve stayed at a much better place as far as overall quality and cleanliness. The benefit of being on the beach is not worth the price, you are better off paying the same price or less a little farther away.

Beach and more beach ! Excellent location for any beach goer and family. The facility is steps away or you might even consider on the beach ! The rooms were very clean and service was excellent. Unfortunately, the room had a musky smell. Our room was ready early with a window opened for some fresh air. The shower was older but worked, if you are not picky. The mattress was older also but again worked if you are not picky. I would stay here again but maybe a different room. Given the amazing location, any beach side room is going to be amazing.

We had a great stay, enjoyed the brand new patio furniture. Staff does an excellent job of putting out chairs early everyday and taking them down late at night. There is a grill on site. The room has good selection of dishes in kitchenette.

If you are looking for something on the beach this should be on your short list for consideration. The hotel has been around for a while and they continue to make investments. Our room was stocked with everything needed to do small meals like a breakfast or lunch. The staff is very responsive and I had seen other reviews that were critical but they were wonderful to us and everyone else they interacted with.

An incredibly clean and adorable small hotel steps away from the beautiful sand. Although the room is a bit small and dated, it more than makes up with its magnificent view! I absolutely loved it and will be back!

Let’s start by staying this is our honeymoon. Trip started out fabulous. Staff was nice and friendly. Last day here. Construction happening on beach... which they could not control. But... construction happening outside our room starting at 8am that they could control. I went to staff with my concerns of the noise, banging, and not being able to enjoy our view or balcony. She told me... what would you like me to do? I said this is my last day and I deserve to be able to relax and enjoy what I paid for. Not one apology. Told me just go to beach. Very rude! Went to try and get a chair.... so I could just go to beach and the chairs are locked up. My husband goes to staff and tells her how are supposed to just go to beach without chair. She said I don’t know, want another towel? I paid good money for this stay and was extremely let down by her attitude and lack of give a damn.

Can’t beat the location right on the beach! Room is a little dated...but it’s a nice small property, wasn’t crowded at all for us. We were in town for a wedding it worked out great only thing I missed in the room was a full length mirror. Can’t beat the view!

The State was widening the beach and they were parked right in front of Seaside Beach Resort, which is where we stayed. As far as Seaside Beach Resort goes the lady at the front desk is as RUDE and disrespectful as they come. Leila was a real BLEEP!!!!Our room had a leaking a/c above us which leaked into the middle of our room. We had to go and ask Leila for a bucket to catch the water. Furthermore the a/c in our room did not work sufficiently. Other guests had their music blasting until after 2am and nothing was done about it. I would not recommend this place any more.

Had a great stay! Perfect spot for couples or families. The trolley stop is right out front and offers a free ride around the island. Can’t wait to go back again.
