Nothing too fancy, but very clean and comfortable hotel. Has a full kitchen and separate sitting area. Parking sucks but I would stay again!

NO VET. DISCOUNT, NO VALET PARKING, PARKING WAS A BLOCK AWAY, DAY SHIFT ON FRONT DESK DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT GUESTS, SUITE WAS SMALL. [GO TO WACO TX STRAYBRIGE SUITES TO SEE THE PROPER SIZE, PRICE FOR VETS. $108. PER NIGHT, AND THEIR BREAKFAST IS TWICE THAT OF YOURS] YOU'RE NOR A RESIDENCE INN, YOU'RE A. HOLIDAY INN.

I Love how this particular Residence Inn is More on the Modern Side of Things..Always Looks Good when we come.. Now on the other hand with the cleaning of the room…I think there’s much room for improvement.

Parking was terrible, valet was terrible. Double charged for valet parking due to lack of effective communication. This was an additional $190 in unnecessary expenses.

Amazing location if you want to do anything at The Star! We walked to and from basketball games at the Ford Center. Breakfast was great! Super nice large rooms. Will be back.

We were not able to stay here as we were denied a room after I had called the day before to confirm that a room would be available. We were sent to the hotel Nextdoor with no refund for difference in cost.

Did not stay here. The Residence Inn had overbooked, and thus force moved us to another location. Very disgusted as we had booked a king suite and ended up with a queen standard room. Will not try to stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several times and this time we left disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and requested housekeeping service. We returned to the room each day to find the room had not been cleaned. Front desk responded by saying well you were on the schedule. Pool was ice cold. I tried to get in but couldn’t and watched several families come down only to leave with disappointed kids. We return several times a year because of Family in the area. We will need to try something new.

It was very nice i would stay again and i recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk check in man, was not friendly at all. He gave us very demeaning looks. Like we didnt belong there. Two of us were retired teachers. Two of our young grandchildren and a 38 yr old mom.

Love how it has a Starbucks on property and how convenient the location is.

The studio with full kitchen was a perfect choice for our 2 night stay. The kitchen in each unit had plates, bowls, silverware and pans to cook with. The bed was comfortable too. The only downside is that there are no blackout curtains and the shower water was only warm not very hot.

My stay was great. The only concern was the parking garage across the street from the hotel. There was no walkway to the hotel. You have to walk outside in the rain or cold to get to the hotel.

I went to see a boxing fight the hotel was walking distance just perfect
