Business trip so there to work anyways. Great location within walking distance to the star. However, at night with activities I felt I needed to take an Uber the 1-2 min drive from restaraunts back to hotel because of street lighting and local area homes. Overall stay was OK. Not great. I always ask for a wine glass for my room and when I went to the bar, the bartender was incredibly rude and said “no, this is a restraunt”. Uhhh isn’t it a HILTON? He was irritated I didn’t want to order from his bar. Ridiculous. And then when I called to have a glass brought up, the guy brought a tiny champagne glass and said “the bartender said he cleaned it for you”. I think we all know what that means. There was also no soap or shampoo in the bottles and I could tell the room hadn’t fully been cleaned (make up hand prints on bathroom towel, sit dent on one of the beds). Will not be going back.

There was no conditioner or body wash in the shower upon checking in. I don’t think the way the bathroom is designed allows for privacy. You can’t actually turn the fan on in the bathroom. The sliding door for the bathroom was squeaky and loud. I thought the mattress was too soft. I like the closet and storage area for clothing and luggage. The ice tongs were too big for the size of the ice so that was just frustrating

Frisco is a very modern and controlled and antiseptic newish town with no CVS stores or gas stations on every corner and every retail development is of the higher end variety. Canopy by Hilton fits in perfectly. It is new, quiet, nice and orderly and has a bar and restaurant and parking garage. Plenty of good restaurants within a five minute drive and at $140/night it’s cheap. No surprises or hiccups, would definitely stay there again.

This was the most wonderful place I’ve ever stayed. My sisters stayed 3 nights for a girls trip and were so sad to leave the hotel. It was all around wonderful, from the amenities to the room features, to the front desk attendants. We will most definitely be returning! :)

The hotel itself was lovely. There is no place to pull up to the front to check in before checking in. Parking in a garage is not what I was expecting especially since the garage is not connected to the hotel so it was very inconvenient to come from the garage to the hotel with luggage.

There were a couple of things I would like to mention. First the smell of the hotel room, it smelt really old. Secondly, the use of the hot water. It took a few minutes for the hot water to get hot, and it wouldn't turn off. When you tried to turn off the hot water, it wouldnt turn off all the way. It was left dripping. You guys need to fix these issues.

I've found Canopy Hotel in Frisco, Texas to be consistently excellent. The seamless valet and check-in process, combined with a family-friendly room layout, have made it my top choice. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable and the bed slept great. The shower was a luxurious walk in, however, the water pressure was comically non-existent. I had to cup my hands under the trickle and then splash myself to get rinsed off. It was a one-night stay otherwise I would have requested a different room. Paying for parking and breakfast not included are bummers that raise the price of the stay, but, all in, I would gladly stay here again.

I didn't realize there was a $22 self park fee or a $25 valet parking fee, which was disappointing on arrival. I thought I was getting a great rate until I realized I had missed the parking fee. In our room we were only given 2 towels and the refillable body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. It was raining when we were leaving and we had left home without an umbrella. I was shocked that the umbrella they sold in the lobby was $30. Other than those items, the hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. I would consider a stay here again, but would anticipate the parking fee and consider it with the rate when comparing to other local hotels.

There was no hot water, and the Keurig did not work properly. I went downstairs around 6am to get coffee, no one was at the front desk, and coffee is not served until 6:30am.

This is a great hotel. The customer service was incredible. The two working the night we checked in were friendly, accommodating and a delight to work with.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great but that’s not enough to make up for the fact that my room was dirty, my bed was uncomfortable and the walls are so thin that I was woken up multiple times by the people in the neighboring room who decided to have an after party at 1am. At $250 a night, that was definitely an underwhelming experience.

Nearly everything about this new hotel was excellent. My only two concerns were self-parking was quite a walk in bad weather, and the only breakfast option was expensive on site with no other options nearby.

Very nice setup in the standard king rooms! Doesn’t tell you this but it has a couch for a 3rd or 4th guest, depending on how you sleep. Water pressure in the shower was weak; that’s my only complaint! Thanks for the staff for being warm and inviting!

Nice hotel. But I must say Check in took a while.. but that didn’t bother me much. On the other hand I was given a room that was already taken! … receptionist apologized and said she would give me a bigger room … only to be given a handicap/disability room!!!!! I wanted to go back and tell her… but I just had a 5 hour drive and I’m not one to complain.

Has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at a Hotel. It was my 26th Anniversary weekend.1st thing, pulled in front of the hotel to check in. My wife in the car. The valet harassed me for my truck keys. Self parking and charging $23 per night what a joke. You pay for the stay and receive no complimentary breakfast is unheard of. Guest services is not an option. The shower concept is a fail. Water fills the whole bathroom floor.Ive never seen the pull out drawer fridge. No microwave, trash bags in the trash cans.And to seal the deal puled in the front or put my luggage in the truck and harassed again by valet. Just an overall bad experience. Needs to solve all the negatives. Will not stay there again

Excellent service and accommodations. Only challenge was self parking and getting into the designated parking garage before checking in. Afterwards the experience was near perfect.

I stayed here on an overnight trip driving through with my dog. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was a breeze. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is extremely dog friendly. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn't eat at the restaurant but did have a few delicious cocktails at the bar.
