The room itself was clean and the cleaning staff kept it well maintained. However, the bathroom had an unusual, unpleasant odor that never went away. We just kept the door closed so the smell wouldn't seep into the room.
The Wi-Fi worked just fine at all times.
The AC had issues. Now, I appreciated it when it did work because it seems that many places in Paris don't have AC, so again, I was glad to have it. But it went in and out, and sometimes it got very stuffy and hot in my room.
There are some maintenance issues that could be easily fixed, like carpet stains or cracking linoleum in the elevator, but on the whole, the hotel was in good shape.
They have a laundry room that is free to use, and it was very handy, though the dryer didn't work at the time I was there, which was less than convenient.
I never ordered the breakfast so I can't comment on that.
The staff were friendly and helpful on the whole, though it seems that some of them are inexperienced or haven't received enough training so as to be able to answer all questions and concerns.
Finally, and this is me being from the USA, I wish they had an ice machine. It makes sense that they don't because it's France and they don't tend to use much ice, but it would have been nice.

The room had some signs of weariness. The electric system was noisy. In the bathroom there was a very bad smell of sewage and the sink did not emptied properly.

The staff i met during my stay were absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful.
The property is well located in a quiet cul de sac with small supermarkets, bakeries etc within a 6min walk. The area is residential and felt very safe to walk around.
The main sights are not walkable but Courbevoie station is a 5min walk with regular trains that make travelling into La Defense and the Centre of Paris very straightforward.
Ubers to and from the Centre and CDG airport were very reasonably priced, we paid £27 to the airport and £12 back from Eiffel Tower.
The room/hotel itself was a tad tired in places but nothing major, just minor imperfections and overall the room, bathroom, sheets etc were clean to a good standard. There is a kitchenette/microwave which was workable for small meals and a good sized fridge for drinks etc.
We had a few minor blips like a missing TV remote, only 1 pillow each provided (we prefer more) and the fridge hummed a little loudly at night but everything was resolved by staff immediately so really cannot complain.
Air conditioning worked perfectly which was great.
We paid €120 deposit on arrival which was returned promptly on the same day of checkout.
For the price we paid for 3 nights and the size of the room (bigger than alot of places in Paris) i would say i was very pleased with out stay at 37 Lodge, Courbevoie.
