We went to the Cape for an evening concert and spent the night at Aiden Best Western where we received excellent service and a very good warm breakfast was included the following morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and overall the stay was great! My fiancé and our child took a trip to the cape for the weekend and chose to stay here for a couple nights and we’re glad we did! It was truly comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that made my coffee in the morning was so kind. The gentleman at the front desk was truly a pleasure and easy to work with. Lastly the bar tender at the lounge made great drinks!! Thank you for the great weekend, we can’t wait to be back.
Little constructive criticism, perhaps offer recycling and one day invest in enhancing the beds comfortability. It was very firm and didn’t give the “hotel bed” luxury feeling.

It was quite a surprise to get everything we expect in a hotel room all at one place. Cleanliness, easy access, friendly customer service and everything worked in the room. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be back again

I booked this room for my father due to the storm he lost electricity he is elderly and requires a wheel chair. The hotel was not plowed and the wheel chair ramp was not clear. The young girl who worked at the front desk was very nice but I had to shovel the ramp for 30 mins to get him inside the building. Then the handicapped accessible rom was to narrow to get his chair near the bed. Again the receptionist was trying her best but it was a very difficult check in and stay.

The room was very clean and the restaurant was inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great property, staff and amenities. The toilet in my room didn’t flush, even after a visit from the maintenance person on duty. Luckily, there was a bathroom in the lobby. I enjoyed the pool, and the restaurant was quite popular, as the food was great if you like Indian cuisine. Would definitely recommend.

Staff at the front desk is always so pleasant. They accommodate anything I have asked. Been staying here for years - even through the different ownership.

After waiting a few minutes for a front desk clerk, I called the phone number posted at the desk, at which point 2 men came to check me in. Room was clean and updated. In the morning, my keys did not work; the desk clerk had to rekey them. Check out was very smooth.

Room was okay. Some cobwebs in corners, the air conditioner/heater was unplugged on first entry, and the bath tub wasn't sealed or seated so it creaked and shifted. Heard good things about the restaurant there but I got in too late to try it out. Bed was comfortable enough though, and the check-in process was smooth.
There are better options in the area, but there are worse as well. Check the other reviews for a better idea, I'd say

This was our second stay at this property. This property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and activities around the Yarmouth/ Hyannis area. Sadly although our room was neat and clean, the room overall could use a refresh. The wall paper was peeling, the carpet was fraying at the edge near the tile in the entry way, the tub didn't drain and we stood in 2 in deep water every shower, plus one of the tiles in the shower was cracked.

Everything was okay, but I found the receptionist rude to us when my wife was doing check in we found it to be very unpleasant I think our stay was the first and last time we stay .

Don’t like how before you check in your room that they have your room door open and it wasn’t just mine I saw others like that when I checked in.
At breakfast time they did not offer any because they said it was run by a third party and they never showed up. The girls at front desk last night and this morning both walk around with their music playing in their ears.

The property itself could use some renovations. It seems a bit outdated. However, the staff were all very nice and attentive. The area is a great area with many food options. Our stay was great overall.

Hotel was nice, some parts of the wall inside room were torn, the shower floor was dirty and the doors had to be slammed in order for them to shut properly, but overall it was a good experience and the hotel staff was very nice.

Towels are very scratchy. Poor quality. Pool area had the windows open and it was cold out. We couldn't even close them because all the handles were removed. Couldn't really enjoy the experience. Room was right near rhe bar/restaurant/lobby and was noisy late night and early morning.Also noise from bus crowds outside our windows. Was kind of disappointing for a Best Western. Will probably not stay at a Best Western again.

The staffs were helpful and nice but the property itself was poorly constructed and not well kept. Not for the price we are paying during summer time. Guess it’s just part of what happened when you vacationing in the summer.

The bathroom sink was clogged and water would not drain and I had to call for maintenance to come unclog it. They responded quickly but these things should be checked before the guest checks in the room. The smoke detector in the room was also wrapped with paper towels which I don't understand why but we were all so tired after the unclogging of the sink episode that we didn't want to bother with that at 11 p.m.

The check in staff were horrid gave us wrong room said tough luck Expedia screwed up. Asked to see print out of res not me someone else's room , scary as I gave her my cc and license. Manager could not have cared less. Thank god i persisted finally with no apology got suite that Expedia did book.

Room was very small. Two queen beds were crumped in a small place. I do not understand how this hotel get that high ratings. I think something is not right. This is the second time we got tricked by Hotels.com ratings. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than 6.5 ratings.
Bathroom tub was slippery, no slip protection paddings ware installed. Caulking around the tub was almost missing. Stopper in the sink was missing.

NOT worth the money I paid! The pictures looked ok/ish, but in reality, the property is worn down, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the room had a musky and moldy smell, bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling, the air condition wreaked of urine, had to turn it off to be able to breathe …The rooms were very humid. The breakfast selection was very poor…

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Clean and quiet.
Staff were ver nice. Liked that there is two pools, one indoor when the weather is not good and one outdoor for sunny days. Include breakfast is continental, no hot food. Would stay there again. Good value.

The side door(#2) wasn't locking itself. We told a couple of people, but when we checked out, the door was the same. Also, there were a couple of nights where some people were loud in the hallway and slamming the door. Around 10 and 12 at night, these people didn't care about others in the hotel.
