Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, went to the hotel earlier than scheduled to meet us for check-in. Even arranged to keep our luggage after check out time so we can attend the Papal audience.

Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up).

At first, I had a little difficulty finding the location, but I was able to get in touch easily, and a gentleman kindly came to help me. Since my suitcase was quite heavy, he even assisted me with carrying it, which I truly appreciated.
He explained everything in detail and was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and equipped with a coffee and tea maker, which was a nice touch.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
If I ever return to Rome, I would definitely choose this place again.
