We had our truck break down on the way there so we showed up past midnight and they made us pay for another night because we checked in too late but they had plenty of rooms so we basically paid for 2 rooms for one night. They scammed me out of an extra night for nothing. I will never stay here again.

One of the women that worked the counter was rude and seem to not really care about whether we were happy or not. They also seemed stingy about giving you supplies for your room. We stayed there seven nights and we had made service one day out of the seven. What we enjoy about this hotel is the full kitchen

What a great hotel. Full sized coffee pot. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, friendly staff, what more could you want. Will definitely stay here again.

Had “kitchenette” but zero things to cook with. No pots, pans, spatulas, plates, cups, utensils, etc. When we asked the front desk they said guests bring their own. This is ridiculous to expect me to fly with my own pots and pans set when I book a room with a kitchenette including a stove. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bed had stains and was uncomfortable. The window didn’t open. 90% of the time the room keys didn’t work so we had to repeatedly go to the front desk to be let into the hotel and into our rooms. No complementary anything. Chair was very uncomfortable like sitting on a wood plank when it’s supposed to be padded. Staff was nice but loudly repeated my room number with other people close by who could overhear (I’m a girl and that isn’t safe). Overall would not recommend.

We checked in at the hotel and our daughter got sick overnight with severe vomiting. We had to go down to the lobby to get replacement bedsheets since they refused to deliver to the room. However, even when we went down, they didn't replace the comforters saying they didn't have access to them and we had to be cold the entire night.
The vomiting repeated several times overnight and they refused to give us linen unless the old ones were returned, resulting in my husband making several trips all the way down to the lobby given how much she was sick.
We went to urgent care and checked out the next morning forfeting our next night's reservation due to the poor experience. The winding drive back didn't help our child any but we didn't want to spend another night like this. They also refused to clean our room!
The staff kept stating "policy" and I complained to the hotel manager after we got home, but he stated "policy" again. Policy should be revisited in exceptional cases like this to keep the guests comfortable, especially when they are having a hard time already. It also doesn't help to label yourself "family friendly" and not do anything to back it up.
Final note - they have a kitchen and stove, but no pots and pans!! They sell those in the lobby for a charge. I thought that was a cheap trick too.

We stayed here for business and it was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only downfall is the hotel only offers pans to cook if you pay for them. If you're looking for a great place to stay for a day, a week, or a month, this is the place for you. The queen beds are full; however, they were comfortable. The room was very relaxing, and offered a desk for your office, away from the office. Great views and very quiet.

Was there with family renting 4 rooms. They’re supposed to clean on fourth day but did not clean our rooms at all during our 7 day stay as they claimed they were short staffed. One family was checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned so they had to go back to front desk to request a different room. One room did not have a shower curtain, towels and sheets, although clean, had stains on them, had to request toilet paper which staff had to "borrow" from a vacant room as they were out of it, as well as paper towels and shampoo. Staff was less than pleasant to work with. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

The stay at the hotel was fantastic but hotels.com is changes to their rewards program is terrible. You only get 20% of the rewards that you used to receive so they’re screwing the customer over with this rewards program switch

It’s nice that it has a kitchen, but not a single utensil or pot can be found. Apparently, you have to bring your own. I am going to try to avoid My Place from now on. One time they overbooked and lied to us; they said that Expedia canceled it, but that was not the case. They canceled us even though we have paid for our room for at least a month before our arrival.

Loved my stay there… except the toxic fumes we had to breathe from overuse of Fabuloso. It was so incredibly strong that my eyes were burning and I got a migraine. Not sure if the cleaners realize you’re supposed to dilute it? I am normally not that sensitive to things like that, but this was over the top.

Excellent value when staying in Carson City. Spacious room with mini-kitchen including stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, plus an iron with ironing board and lots of shelf space. Everything in our room was very clean. Our only complaint is that when we tested the shower it wasn't draining very well and we discovered a big clump of hair was blocking the drain. Once that was removed all was good. Checkout was quick and simple.

Easy off freeway, upgraded room due to location of assigned room was directly behind check in desk and we also needed to check on our trailer (closer to larger parking area) room had sodas in fridge and empty water bottle in refrigerator. Front desk person was ok

The girl that checked me in was very professional. My room was clean and comfy but when I got up at 6am to shower and as I was stepping into the shower I noticed there weren’t any bath towels. I called the front desk and when I told her there were only hand towels and wash cloths she asked if I was sure. I said again there were no bath towels and she was silent. I asked if someone could bring me towels she said I could come down and get them because she had to finish doing laundry. I had to get dressed and go to the lobby and get them myself. When I got there she just stared at me and didn’t say anything. It was really weird and uncomfortable. It was handled so unprofessionally. With the exception of the girl who checked me in, the workers there were unprofessional and didn’t seem to know their jobs and need customer service training and grooming classes.

The room itself was very nice and clean; however, the door to our room (Room 107) was literally IN the hotel lobby, and they said there were no other rooms available. When you walk into the hotel front door, our room door was right there! My 12-year-old and I heard every single conversation in the lobby all night/morning, and we heard the phone ringing at the front desk throughout the night. Couple this with the fact that the room door doesn't even go all the way to the floor, and it was so loud! I finally shoved a bath towel under the door, which helped a tiny bit. The other issue was that the website said that breakfast was "available." I expected that it would be an additional cost, and it was, but the only option was basically a convenience store selection of cereal, yogurt, and microwavable burritos...and there weren't even utensils available to eat the food.
