The building was old, and some facilities were broken (not too serious). But the room was clean, and the staff was kind—good value for the price.

Although it is an old hotel, the facilities provided match with the new hotels - at the price I paid for the rooms.
What I liked is this hotel is right in Labuan town... the shops are within walking distance
