Stay was largely awesome. Only exception…Fire alarm went off at 11 pm and took them an hour to turn off. The poor staff tried their best but everyone was grumpy & exhausted

I had reserved TWO QUEEN SIZED beds and specifically called the hotel directly two days before in order to inform them that we would be arriving at around midnight due to a late flight. I spoke to a lady then, who assured me there would be no problem. As soon as we arrived, the night clerk, a very rude man by the name of Robert, unbeknownst to me (while I was parking our car) gave my wife and daughter a room with a SINGLE BED and a PULL OUT SOFA that was as filthy as we have EVER seen ANYWHERE: Cracker crumbs and all kinds of leftovers magically popped out from the sofa bed. I immediately went to the front desk to discuss the issue with Robert, who claimed his SYSTEM did not show two queen sized beds on the reservation. I had to pull out the confirmation from Hotels.com and he finally agreed to give us a room with the two queen sized beds. That was the on first night.
On the second night, we had to call security in order to deal with very noisy next-door neighbors!
Definitely NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. And will never stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, got room on 17th floor with awesome city view. Affordable accommodation prices!! Breakfast was included with many options. Close to Georgia World Congress Center. Had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again!!

I loved everything about my stay here. From the location to the services. The room was very clean and staff felt like family. I’ve already recommended Hampton Inn & Suites Midtown to family and friends and will be returning myself very soon.

The hotel lobby is at the top of the building with a very welcoming balcony and view. Great place.
5.0
VERY nice staff, clean and comfortable. The bar/ restaurant balcony had a lovely fire pit, and the food and cocktails were good. I would happily stay here again. Also nice was that the room had a door between the bedroom and living room (with couch bed) so we each had privacy.

The hotel was well located with a number of restaurants within walking distance. The MARTA system is across the street and the High Museum quite close. The room was quiet and the shower water HOT (the way I like it). My only complaint is that parking is expensive at $45 a day.

Nothing impressive. View was not great. Parking was expensive $45.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the room. Staff was very friendly and polite.
Loved that the lobby was on top of the hotel with a beautiful view of the city which was my favorite part of the stay.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. Room 1402 has a mysterious breeze that blows around the door

We reserved two rooms for us and our daughter’s family. This was a trip to the Georgia Aquarium and this hotel was only ten minutes away. The hotel was very clean and we’d stay there again. The only grip was the bartender in the lounge. He had zero personality and acted like he’d rather be somewhere else. We spent about $170 on drinks plus $15 in tips each night. The only time he commented on anything was when I didn’t give him a tip. If I came back, I’d buy a bottle of rum and have drinks in my room.

Excellent hotel in terms of safety, comfort and cleanliness. The bell/valet staff was friendly and went way out of their way to assist travelers, A+; the front desk could take some tips on friendliness from them.
Credit card machines were down and no luggage racks available.
Take out food from the bar was horrible at best. Nice views from upper floor bar deck.

The elevators made a weird bouncing movement, all of them, whether you were going up or down. They did not feel stable. The pillows were amazing but the beds were hard as a rock. The people at the front desk were lovely, but the people working breakfast acted annoyed if you asked anything or just stared you down while you were trying to get the barely passable food on your plate. Bagels, no cream cheese. Fruit bowl, first come first serve and they didn’t refill it. No kids cereals. Coffee tasted old no matter time of day. Pretty sure they boil the breakfast meats and cook the eggs in a microwave. It was truly terrible. The parking garage back behind the hotel closes at a certain time and it was $20 a night to be inconvenienced.

Staff was very friendly, made you feel welcomed. Room was very clean and just the right size for 3 of us. We only stayed for 1 night, but if were longer it would have felt cramped. The lobby being on the top floor was odd, but not a big deal. We didn’t find out until we got there that we had to pay for parking, $45/night in addition to the room AT THE HOTEL! That is the only thing I did not know prior and would have been nice to know before booking.

Was wonderful, all the staff were kind n helpful McCray's tavern was best food right down 2 blocks within walking distance, was clean comfy beds

Definitely one of our new favorite hotels. The view was amazing and the service was impeccable. The room was clean with ample towels. The breakfast was a bit lacking. We were disappointed at the presentation of the sausage and that there was no bacon. Also, they ran out of parking on the property, so we had to pay for parking next door. Parking in Atlanta is VERY expensive, so it was annoying to have to pay for parking when we selected the hotel because it did have parking on the property. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from.

I told them we had issues with the heat blowing cold air and the light in bathroom flickering off while in used. I was nice when made the complaint and told them to please wait until morning because my children were sick and in bed. They called my husband waking the kids and getting them all excited. They disrespected my wishes and sent someone up regardless.
Also they are overpriced. We were charged over $500 for two nights when online and other Hampton inn in the same city charged way less.
We do not recommend this place.
Ps we canceled the second night and stayed elsewhere

Nice hotel. Couldn’t check in early due to a system issue but Hilton app members could. Tv needed to be fixed by maintenance which could have been checked by housekeeping a couple of hours before.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn close to GA Tech (5-7min) for one night. Very convenient to everything, very clean, comfortable beds, temp in room was perfect. Not noisy. Very friendly staff! Everyone asked if we needed anything, how was our stay, from the cleaning staff to the maintenance people. If I had one thing to complain about it was the $45/day valet fee, which I found out about after I made the reservation. I’m glad we were there only 1 day!

Nice hotel. Well-located.

Very helpful hotel staff, nothing too much trouble. Also good free breakfast, including for first day, as I'd arrived off thecsleeper from Washington. Location very handy for the Marta metro. Also liked the idea of reception and breakfast room on the top floor.

Loved our stay here! I thought the free breakfast left a little to be desired, but it’s free so I can’t complain. Parking was unfortunate. $40/night Valet or $20 parking in the adjacent garage made us need to be strategic with coming and going, not wanting to spend unnecessary money on parking. However, that’s really my only main qualm. Our rooms were cleaned daily and the building was very quiet. Everyone there was kind and helpful when needed. Would stay here again!

I have to say I won't be returning to this Hampton Inn. Although it's one of the newer ones I've stayed in, I did not have a good experience.
1) Got ZERO sleep the first night because even though I turned the thermostat off, it turned on every 5-10 mins, clicked 20 times loudly (my husband asked what that noise was when we were on the phone) and turned off, only to repeat ALL night. Second night, I switched rooms around 2 am but I realized it wasn't a room specific thing. Next day, I asked the engineer to come and turn the radiator unit off on their end. Although it was below 20 degrees, I would have rather frozen than be up all night. Here for an important work trip so not ideal to be so tired.
2) Got a call from the front desk asking why my stuff was there still and why there was a person in my room bc I was supposed to check out...Not nice. I said, my mistake, I'll pay now for the night. They wanted me to come to the hotel right away and I'm a work even. In the end, it was not my mistake. I did book the correct dates. Just not that nice.
3) Saturday am, 8:00 am, do not disturb is on...BRIGHT ORANGE SIGN and the housekeeper knocks on the door...come on!
I feel totally ripped off and literally left livid. Had an amazing stay at one of the most outdated Hampton Inns in MS recently - goes to show you new isn't always better.
Shoutout to the breakfast lady from St. Thomas - she's amazing and some of the guests weren;t that nice to her...but she's great!

The overall flow of this property is quite cumbersome. The “entrance” is a drive for valet (required for parking $40/nite). If you misplace your valet ticket you are kinda screwed as the staff are too busy to answer calls since they are running all over valeting cars. After arriving you go up to the top floor - there is no intuitive or clear signage - and check in. To go to your floor you need your room key to scan in the elevator - again no directions were given & no signage. There should be a discount given just based on how many other guests we helped find their way.
The room itself is small/standard for 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. The bathroom had a walk in shower & decent water pressure but could’ve been a bit cleaner.
Would we stay here again? Probably not as the valet process was a pain & $$. This is probably a good choice for business executives who will be working or meeting in Midtown.

Good trip to Atlanta for Peachbowl. Hampton is good location across the street from MARTA station and 30 min from airport or Mercedes Benz Stadium.
Only beef with the Hampton is they gave us a sheet that said there would be daily housekeeping service and our room did not get srrviced

Had a wonderful evening here. I just wish that Expedia would mention that parking is valet only and an extra $40. We would have still booked, but it was just a surprise. We enjoyed city views from the 20th floor and a good nights sleep. Good food within walking distance.

We stayed a week and everything was wonderful. Great area, great hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and like the first time, it was a great experience.
I like the modern design and how clean the hotel is. I didn’t take pictures but everything felt new and very clean.
Things to keep in mind: there are many restaurants nearby but, because the hotel is located midtown, you need transportation to go touristic places. Parking is only via valet for $40/night and the service was very good. You can tip the valet service online if you don’t carry cash.
My family and I took the train to go downtown and I wouldn’t recommend it. We returned to the hotel in Uber. Parking can be difficult but driving your own car or taking Uber seem a safer option.
Also, the hotel has a nice rooftop with a bar.
I would stay there again!

The hotel was in a great location. Was disappointed we were gone all day 8-530 and we came back to our room not being cleaned or towels refreshed despite not having any do not disturb sign on door at all. When I inquired at the front desk they offered to send housekeeping late but by then we had gotten settled in. If it’s a full service hotel we should receive the amenities promised.

The young girl Savannah at the front desk was so polite and accommodating. Hotel was very clean. Couldnt hear a peep from anywhere. Bed was to soft for me but perfect for daughter. Cl9se to hospitals for test the next morning.

Property has an excellent location near both the Atlanta Symphony Hall and the High Museum of Art.

Our stay was good the best part about this hotel was the staff and location but the BEDS AND PILLOWS are terrible. If they had better beds and pillows everything would have been 5 star

Staff was very friendly and helpful rooms nice and clean and comfortable and they even personalize your welcome on the tv when you get in and the valet
Service was very awesome
As well as parking downtown Atlanta is a nightmare it was a great surprise to know I didn’t have to worry about where to park how far from the hotel

The room services did not speak English but a number did very well cleaning it,.

One block from the MARTA. Nice hotel, nice gym, excellent free breakfast provided.

The hotel staff were great! The valet guys (I believe there names are Cam and Iree) who parked my car close to the entrance so I can check in and come back for my family's luggage, and the front desk guy (sorry I forgot his name), who allowed us to check in early. My family and I were driving the whole night, (no sleep!) and they accommodated us without a problem.
