I enjoyed my overnight stay! All the staff was very friendly and helpful! I didn't like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Special THANK YOU to BRINA who helped me get the taxi to the airport. She is dedicated and very professional!

We were in town overnight to attend a concert at Center Stage. The hotel was very close to the venue and my daughter and I felt safe walking back at night after the show. The front desk staff were very friendly and the valet parking was convenient and the attendants, arriving and departing, were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We've kind of made it a tradition to travel to Atlanta during the holiday season to catch various shows and events going on and have stayed at a few properties in midtown. This was, by far, the nicest and cleanest property we've stayed at in a long time. From the concierge attendants all the way to the kitchen staff the employees were extremely sweet, kind, and a joy to talk with. Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy, the food from Xhibit was delicious (we ate there three times during our stay) and the entire process of checking in and out was painless and simple. This hotel is dog friendly so if you have a pup you want to bring you're in good hands. The property is really close to Atlantic Station and all the fabulous shopping there. It's also really close to SCAD for all those that have loved ones that attend the college. We will be back next year and plan to make this our place to stay moving forward.

This is not the usual place I stay when booking in Atlanta, but I think it is now time for a change. Just WOW. Our suite was luxurious and tranquil. The staff was very responsive to our requests and scheduling late checkout was a breeze. The location is close to the highway for those who need access and sits in a walkable area with a bevy or restaurants.

I arrived at the hotel and they told me the room which I had paid for was oversold and they did not even help to find me another hotel in the middle of the night.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Canopy by Hilton Atlanta. I paid for a city view room, and was told the room would be serviced. After a long day I returned to a room that hasn't been touched by housekeeping. The front desk staff said there was no one available to service the room so I could be moved to another room. This room was smaller and not a cityview room, so I paid for a lesser room and poor service. Despite speaking to multiple staff members none of my concerns were addressed and when speaking to housekeeping the woman was rude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking for a face cloth,which never showed up by the way. In addition, she left a filthy rag on the sink after half cleaning the room. I've never had such a ridiculous experience at any Hilton property. To add to the insult, my brother stayed at the property as well and his room was serviced immediately without him having to ask. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would appreciate being compensated in some way for a weekend ruined.

Room was not clean. Very nosy place. List GT 2 minutes away from property. But it’s a 12 minute drive. 40 minutes walk. Staff’s are friendly.

The room was filthy. There’s mold everywhere in the bathroom. One the ceiling, in the grout, in the corners, just everywhere. The bathroom walls had spill and drip marks on the walls and the furniture. There were carpet stains. Disgusting.

The view was pretty bad from my room, a concrete building exactly in front of my window . They charged me for early 4 hrs check in . Information desk guy was OKAY nothing special . No refrigerator in the room . I changed my reservation to another hotel cross tye street , The Shane , much better service, better view . I don’t recommend Canopy if you are looking for something nice . Very basic

Room was nice. I liked the decor. The bathroom could use a deep clean. Loved the walk-in shower. Bed was comfy. There was some weird clicking noise that happened every 1/2 hour. I was on the top floor so no noise above me and hallway was fairly quiet. However you can hear traffic noise which is a constant sound which was fine as it was just white noise to me. However they are building another apt complex next to the hotel and I could hear the workers and clanging which started around 6am. So, I ended up using the earplugs provided. The staff was very friendly. Food was tasty. Overall, a nice stay and I would come back.
